Initially I came in to the office to treat only my spider veins. But they were able to see that I had a more severe condition that runs in my family. They called my insurance and they were able to cover it. They were able to schedule me late appointments to get the treatment. Overall great experience. My legs look great and highly recommend them.

I never was aware that the whole discomfort of legs moving up and down was due to vein abnormalities!!! i just assumed because i'm on my 23 rd of teaching that it was a normal thing when i go up and down and stand all day........ i never liked the one area of spider veins in my one leg so had made appointment here.......so after evaluating both of my legs, my veins were not flowing properly............ Thank you to everyone here, so far, so good......i come back for a "clean up" it is called..

I originally came to Vein Associates on a Groupon for Sclerotherapy. Little did I know that I had bigger issues, varicose veins that needed to be treated before doing Sclero. Dr. Franklin performed the procedure on four areas to burn the varicose veins and shortly after that followed up with the Sclerotherapy (still giving me the Groupon price). Since the varicose procedure, I have not had any swelling or throbbing legs which I had previously. Today's follow up is great!

After much hesitation I made a consult appointment appointment with Dr Franklin for my varicose veins. I had thought that my issues were all apart of aging & that insurance would deem cosmetic & not cover. Both couldn't have been further from the truth. I was covered by insurance & I don't remember when my legs have felt better. No heaviness, pain or cramping. Appointments were quick & relatively pain free!!! Wish I would have done sooner!!! Thank you both Dr's Frankiln...love my painfree legs!!

I have been a patient for over 7 years . If it wasn't for them my diabetic husbands leg ulcer would have been diagnosis as such, but because they diagnosed him with varicose veins and performed a endovenous oblation and he has never had another. I went in thinking I just wanted to look good in shorts and to get my spider veins oblated and they found the source of my hip pain. I had terrible varicose veins. 7 years later and 1 visit a year I am pain free and varicose vein free. Thank you !!
