“May the 4th be with me”

Having been through the screening process of another Fertility Giant and given the news that I wasn't a candidate was a major blow with time and 6 months wasted that one cannot get back and lets not forget the $$$. But, I was encouraged to push forward and I was given Dr Tsai's number. From the time I saw Dr Tsai to my first try was within 3 months. Dr Tsai is about getting a job done. If you're looking to increase your family his practice is the place to go. I welcomed my little angel on May 4, 2018

“a truly remarkable experience”

my experience with dr. tsai was truly remarkable. he was able to make my dream come true after countless ivf procedures with other providers that simply had not worked in the past. he sat down during our consult and explained everything to me step by step. his team of staff was 100 percent professional and dedicated to the overall result as well. i can't stress this enough , dr. tsai is the best person to place your trust in. he will not give up on you. i can't believe the outcome everything was so worth it. i feel so grateful to have stumbled upon new york fertility center . i'm twice blessed with two beautiful twins. you have to trust the process and trust doctor tsai.

“A Pleasant Experience”

Dr. Tsai and his staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Tsai always meticulously laid out options and put all the decision making on us, which made the process a lot easier. We also had the pleasure of visiting both of his offices in Flushing and Manhattan, and both are great locations with great staff. “DR. TONY TSAI WAS GOD SENT! We are pregnant :)”

My wife and I (a same-sex couple) found Dr. Tsai after a horrible experience at a previous fertility clinic. We were extremely discouraged when we found Dr. Tsai but felt a little more comforted after reading the phenomenal reviews online.
He was God sent. From our initial visit, Dr. Tsai comforted us as we cried, educated us, encouraged our desire to create a family and vowed to try everything in his power to get us pregnant. After the past few months Dr. Tony Tsai has become not only a friend, but a part of our family.
Here is a little testament to his character: After our IUI procedure Dr. Tony Tsai thanked my wife and I for allowing him to be a part of forming our family and without knowing it, he won our hearts with his genuine good energy that day.
And YES, WE ARE PREGNANT!!

“Best decision I made in this whole process”

I went to 3 different doctors for consult and Dr. Tsai is the one I chose at the end. He's very knowledgeable and treat each patient as an individual. “Exceptional MD, definitely someone you can trust”

Dr. Tsai provided the most thorough explanations I have received. He is willing to help in any way possible, taking extensive amounts of time to thoroughly explain all that is involved in fertility success. Dr. Tsai, and nurses Lainie and Jenny leave no questions unanswered. The sonographer Diane is highly professional. We came out of Dr. Tsai's office feeling completely understood and having clear instructions on how to proceed. This is definitely the doctor to trust with any concerns regarding fertility.

“Amazing Team”

This office was an absolute amazing experience. The staff was caring and gentle throughout the entire process they truly became invested in us. Dr.Tsai is truly the best person to have on your side. “It has been an amazing journey with Dr Tsai”

After trying for many years to get pregnant, we were recommended to Dr. Tsai from a few couples. He's very attentive and gives a personalized approach. His listened to ALLLL of my concerns and questions. He gave me a tailored drug protocol based on my situation. His staff is very down to earth and friendly. “Positive vibe among all staffs”

Dr.Tsai and his nurses are great. The one that took care of me through out my cycle was Lanie and she was amazing. Very thorough on steps. Knowledgeable and professional. Although, the waiting time took longer than our expectation, we are thankful for the staffs for their services. Need to be patience on the procedure and the treatment. “Strongly reccommend Dr Tsai”

I'm 38, obese, have PCOS, have low AMH, and have egg quality issues. The New York Fertility Center is the third clinic I've gotten treatment from and at this stage in the game, things didn't look promising. Today, I am 9 weeks pregnant with twins who are both thriving. That's a genuine miracle stemming from the teamwork and care I received from Dr Tsai, his wonderful nurses Lainie and Angel, and the rest of his team. I'm extremely grateful to have found Dr Tsai and will be grateful for the rest of my (now changed) life.

“I had a large uterine fibroid tumor removed from my body through myomectomy surgery done by Dr. Tsai.”

As a woman of God, who has great faith in The One and True Living God, Jesus Christ, I kept in prayer and faith that my Lord would redeem me and heal me of these Fibroid Tumors. And, as a miraculous God that He is, He sent me under Dr. Tsai's care. The Lord guided Dr. Tsai's hands in providing major surgery in myomectomy procedure to remove large tumors from my uterus. Thanks be to The Lord, Dr. Tsai and his staff made my procedure and recovery go smoothly. I received detailed information on my condition and what to expect and, even though the Doctor braved me for the worst, such as a possible hysterectomy, The Lord had him spare my uterus and just remove the tumors. Glory be to JESUS CHRIST!! I'm so appreciative to the NYC Fertility Center for great care and recovery. Dr. Tsai checked on me twice a day while in the hospital and he even called me when I got discharged to my home. He has a sense of humor and a caring heart with wonderful patient bedside manner. Dr. Tsai clearly explains everything the patient needs to know and is a wonderful advocate for his patients. His office is staffed with kind nurses and receptionists who are always available to respond to your questions. Dr. Johnson, the anesthesiologist, is very professional and cordial, offering a much needed sense of calm just prior to having a procedure done. I am very happy to recommend Dr. Tsai if you ever need any Ob+Gyn procedures performed.

“Dr. Tsai is phenomenal, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable!”

Dr. Tsai was highly recommended by my coworker but I knew I was in good hands when he alleviated all my fears. This was my first major surgery ever and I didn't want to go to just anyone and had so much anxiety about the whole process. Dr. Tsai earned my trust from day one by encouraging me through faith and hope. Needless to say, he knows what he is doing and it shows because two weeks post surgery, I am already feeling better, symptoms are gone and my incision looks excellent. I struggled with fibroids for years but I finally feel whole again. He really listens to everything you say and does what is ultimately in your best interest and overall health. I'm forever grateful to him and his team. Thank you Dr. Tsai for giving me my life back!

“Best fertility doctor in town”

My wife and I have been seeing Doctor Tsai for the last a year and half, even during the pandemic. Doctor Tsai is the most caring and bravest doctor that we ever dealt with. His office remains open during the pandemic and provides the medical care for the patients that are needed. Staff members are so friendly and experienced through out all the doctor visits. With the help from Dr. Tsai, my wife is finally pregnant after trying several alternative medical treatments and we are expecting our first child in December 2021. I would like to share my unique experience with Dr Tsai. I was referred by a good friend who got pregnant with beautiful twins from the first try with Dr Tsai. i was looking for a doctor like this for a while and Thank GD found him.

I have never had any fertility issues in the past. I had 3 beautiful kids naturally when i was younger, but since i had Fibroids and multiple surgeries, my OB doctor advised me to tie my tubes. at that time 1 was 29 y. o . My doctor strongly recommended that it would not be safe to have another child.

After a few years, my husband and i decided to give it another try to have a child. after several months of research, i have decided to take a different route and had tubal reversal surgery ( untied my tubes ) when i turned 36 y.o. The reversal Dr insisted that my tubes are patent, and i should keep on trying to get pregnant naturally. I had no success for 14 months after, when i decided to seek advice from a fertility specialist.

“A life changing experience”

We came to Dr. Tsai after trying to conceive for 5 years and having had one miscarriage. From the very beginning Dr. Tsai made us feel comfortable and trust that he had a plan in place to help us. He paid close attention to all of our concerns, he addressed the issues which ultimately were preventing us from becoming pregnant and I am so happy to say I am currently 6 weeks pregnant with a healthy strong heartbeat. Dr. Tsai has been great from my first appointment. He was very honest with me and helped me to understand what was going on with my body. He was very ready to explain anything I didnt understand and the explanations were very detailed. He helped me and my husband every step of the way in trying to conceive, and didn't rush to do expensive or invasive procedures, he really focused on what was necessary and efficient, making those the priority. I'm happy to say our time with Dr. Tsai was successful and we're very thankful for the baby we were able to conceive. Should I have any problems in the future, I will definitely be coming back.

I suffer from an autoimmune issue and have struggled to conceive naturally. After a failed FET cycle at a major university hospital in NYC, I sought Dr. Tsai for a second opinion. He addressed my autoimmune condition and prescribed the appropriate medication / protocol to address it - after my second FET transfer, I am pregnant! “I Highly Recommend Dr. Tsai and His Team”

After having a devastating miscarriage in 2020 right before COVID my husband and I were scared to try this again. My previous fertility clinic was not very helpful everything was about money with them. I am a very big research person. I went on google and found Dr. Tsai. After my first meeting with Dr. Tsai I felt so confident with him because he was so real and upfront at our first visit. I became a patient of Dr. Tsai's in July of 2021. “2nd time seeing Dr Tsai”

This is our second pregnancy with Dr Tsai. Our first experience was successful and we now have an 18 month old son at home. Once we got pregnant naturally this second time, we didn't hesitate going right back to him. Our plan was to do everything the same as last time since it was so successful. We did intralipid infusions and progesterone injections. We already have heard a heartbeat and are hoping for the same continued success with this pregnancy. If it ain't broke then why fix it is our mantra. We thank Dr Tsai for helping us have a family.

“Definitely would recommend”

I have been getting treatment with Dr. Tsai for a few years. Many ups and downs but he never gave up on me. He found polyps and fibroids that would have prevented me from getting pregnant, and that were not picked up by other doctors. He dug and dug until he found the problem. I have been going to Dr Tsai for more than 15 years. He treated me for fibroids and other medical conditions, as well as helping my husband and I conceive our daughter via IVF and we are now currently pregnant with number 2! Dr Tsai and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. He works with you financially and really tries to get to know his patients personally. “Made a difficult process seamless and easy. . .”

If you are reading this you have probably been trying to conceive or been told by a doctor that you need help-roughly 8 weeks ago, I was exactly were you are-trying to find a specialist in a sea of specialists. I read Dr. Tsai's reviews and decided to try to get an appointment. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to secure an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a warm staff that worked to ensure I was calm and comfortable. When I met with Dr. Tsai, he was professional, knowledgable and honest. He listened intently and he asked probing questions about me and my husband to ensure he had a comprehensive understanding of our case. Every time we've met with him he has answered every question we've had and we've never felt rushed. I found out that I needed surgery before we could begin our treatment, and Dr. Tsai did what no doctor has ever done--treat my fibroids and endometriosis to the point of no pain during my cycles. He has literally changed my life.

“THE BEST DR EVER!!!!!!!! GOT PREGNANT AFTER FIRST VISIT”

I have been trying for the past year on my journey toward motherhood with a total of 4 prior unsuccessful IUI's with another Dr at a different fertility facility. A family friend referred me to Dr Tony Tsai and at first I was skeptical but as I did more research I decided to give him a shot using his services for my 5th IUI procedure. I was at the point of giving up hope and being label as infertile and planning my next plan of action toward motherhood (ie: adoption, surrogate, or even thinking about giving up on the possibility of motherhood altogether).

Upon receiving my first positive blood work and hearing the words "You're pregnant", I was still in disbelief and wondering if in fact it was a false pregnancy or too early to "really" tell. After my sonogram the following week and hearing that I was in fact pregnant but also pregnant with twins, I instantly began to cry. When Doli asked if I wanted to hear the heartbeat, that just took my breath away. This was finally real to me!!!

I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year, that's when I reached out to Dr. Tsai office to see what options were available for me . The first visit I flt very comfortable talking to Dr. Tsai he was very accurate with everything that was going on with me he took his time I asked a million questions which he answered was very patient with me. Dr. Tsai was excellent! He is so passionate about helping people grow their families. I'm not the easiest person and always have a million questions... he was patient and took his time and explained everything. His nurses and staff were great and very personable.

We know several other couples who came to see Dr. Tsai for IVF and infertility and he helped everyone with success! We have tried IUI and timed for a few years before decided on IVF - and it worked on our first try!!! Dr Tsai's skills and knowing the timing, amount of medication, and process really helped! “Excellent!”

I could not have asked for a better team. My second cycle was successful and we are pregnant with twins! Male factor infertility was challenging. After an unsuccessful first round that resulted in no embryos because of poor sperm quality, instead of rushing into a second round, Dr. Tsai began monitoring my husband's hormone levels. My husband began taking clomid, hcg shots, vitamins, and coq10 for about three months. Once Doctor Tsai was satisfied with the improvement in the sperm, we moved forward and all 5 embyros survived. We were able to transfer and are now pregnant with twins. Thank you Doctor Tsai and staff!

I went to Dr Tsai's for my gynecological concerns

I went to Dr Tsai for my gynecological and fertility related problems, without wasting time he explained everything to me and my husband, His advised his staff to call immediately and get me scheduled for the procedure. His friendly and amazing staff did.
To cut the story short, Dr Tsai saved my life, in process of my initial problem he identified other serious health issues that i had been suffering for years, I've gone to many doctors with no solution. Dr Tsai discovered this problems and cured me. He is very compassionate, exceptionally professional and highly knowledgeable in what he does. I will always recommend him to anyone looking for fertility or any other gynecology related problems.
I want to once more say thank you to Dr Tsai for saving my life.

“Excellent medical treatment but need to improve operations”

The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We trusted his advice and we got a baby on the first try! However, it is extremely busy here and understaffed so operations need to be improved a lot

My experience with Dr Tsai was great. I am 42 and I had been able to get pregnant but had 3 miscarriages. Dr Tsai wanted me to get pregnant on my own again and then he would help me try to keep my pregnancy through the use of intralipids and progesterone shots. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and heard the heartbeat today and that is the furthest I've ever gotten in a pregnancy. It was great to see Dr Tsai get excited about it too. I appreciate that he didn't immediately recommend IVF and wanted to try the natural route one more time. I cannot be happier with my experience.

“Amazing experience with a caring doctor that ensures you receive all the information needed for your treatment.”

Dr. Tsai, has been working with my husband and I for 2 years. I have infertility due to PCOS and Vaginismus. I am on my second IUI and I have high hopes that this will work because Dr. Tsai is there every step of the way. My treatment for my Vaginismus has been a journey but one that I feel has been handled extremely well. Usually most OBGYN do not treat or even believe in Vaginismus, this is not the case with Dr. Tsai. His staff is well trained to work with my vaginismus and they are very encouraging through the whole process. Overall for both fertility and vaginismus, this is the best doctor to come to it for your treatment.

“Overall wonderful experience”

Working in a health field it is often hard to trust someone's opinion when you understand everything that is going on. So this experience sometimes makes me feel that if you don't mention your profession you will be treated like you don't know anything and they often give you the short end of the stick. On the flip side, if you tell them about your profession then they may expect you to provide the care for yourself. The thing that I loved about the New York Fertility Center was that as soon as I met Dr. Tsai, I felt that I could stop being a medical professional and start being a patient.Just that alone took a lot away from my stress and I feel that this is the reason I have made it so far in the process towards conceiving. I finally was able to receive IVF after 3 years of trying and 2 other fertility specialists that just couldn't meet my standards. 2 of those facilities from well known clinics. This experience was amazing and personal.

“Dr. Tsai and his staff have been wonderful!”

From the very first visit, I wont ever forget Dr. Tsai's words; "I am going to get you pregnant". We left the visit feeling confident and so happy with our decision and our doctor. We did one egg retrieval, one Fresh transfer and we are pregnant with our miracle baby. I cannot thank Dr. Tsai and his staff enough. We love you Dr. Tsai!

“Listens to your unique situation and treats accordingly”

Dr Tsai has been a great listener who will take his time to understand your personal case and treat you accordingly. He is well read in research papers from around the world, not just the US and has a broad understanding for how to treat cases where the patient has suffered recurrent implantation failure. As a patient who has already been through 6 rounds of IVF, 2 retrievals, meeting Dr Tsai was a breath of fresh air. i wish i had come to him sooner.

“its a nice experience here my first visit and sucessful”

i had some problem with my tubes and they were blocked so i came here to do fertility treatment and i saw good reviews online and it works like miracle.. they got 4 embroys and inject 2 fresh implement and i got pregnant and my baby is absolutely healthy with a good heart rate. i am grateful.

“AMAZING!”

Both Dr. Tsai and his staff are just astounding. I cannot put in words how great they. Everyone is so understanding and compassionate. Every process and appointment went so smoothly. I love how everyone listens and explains in everything in detail. I wish I can remain their patient throughout my entire pregnancy. “My experience was Dr. Tsai was very good. He gave us hope”

Dr. Tsai is one of the best doctors I ever met. We have wonderful experience him and his team. The staff and very friendly. I'm so glad that I found him. We was struggling to get pregnant and was stressed everyday . After discovering Dr. Tsai and visited him we were relieved. My experience with Doctor Tsai was amazing. Starting with the front desk staff to him. Everyone in the practice is very friendly, patient and passionate. “Seek-no-more!!! Dr. Tsai, THE BEST in the field of Fertility”

Dr. Tsai is like family, just very nice, caring, knowledgeable, and willing to help. He is silly too which made the journey less stressful. I must say that it took a few times, before my bundle of joy finally came along. Throughout the entire journey, Dr. Tsai was there reassuring me and holding my hand. We tried everything, but he never gave up and we eventually succeeded. I love that Dr. Tsai was full of ideas and always had great suggestions. His staff in Queens and Manhattan are very nice and professional. They are always ready and willing to guide you and answer any questions or concerns you have. Overall, the experience with Dr. Tsai and his team was very enjoyable. I recommend anyone trying to conceive to seek his expertise and years of experience in the fertility field. You will not be disappointed. Dr.Tsai and his team are well-trained and their treatment towards their patients is unmatchable: compassionate care and guidance are the two top words to describe them.
