Appreciated the service; x-rays were straight forward, technology appears dated compared to other offices I've visited; a few considerations for patient comfort; sunglasses would be nice to block the bright light as well as cover any excessive splattering from cleaning water; I was uncomfortable holding my mouth open for long amounts of time; I wish I could have closed my mouth more frequently to relax the jaw muscles.

I am very particular on customer service etiquette- including the communication of appointments and expectations. The entire dental staff is kind, courteous and friendly from the front desk to the technicians. Dr. V is patient, knowledgeable and an exceptional pediatric dentist. She has a wonderful bedside manners and takes time to get to know her little patients and their parents. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Wish she treated adults :)
