I've been working with Caitlin for almost 2 years following a work injury. She is always encouraging me to do more than I think I can do and helps me to attain those goals. “Very successful and positive experience”

I had suffered from a previous lumbar disc issue and as a result had lost strength and balance. I was also getting injured while exercising and not confident I could improve. Megan listened to my situation and helped me set goals. From our first session she was so positive that I could improve, exactly what I needed. Megan taught me the strengthening and mobility exercises to improve and just as importantly the confidence to try. I am very happy with and thankful for what I've accomplished.

“He helped me with warm up before my practice and massaged my legs really well.”

Overall it was a great experience. He loosened up my legs and then we did some very useful dynamic stretches on the grass. I always use my warm up now before my matches and lessons. It has really helped me.

“Andrew is awesome at assessing and offering great therapy!”

No matter what my pain level is in my back, hip, or leg, Andrew
has been able to assess the situation and give me comfort, as
well as the exercises that will gradually take me to a comfortable level of movement. His explanation of why certain
muscle groups are traumatized is very conducive to preventing
repeated events. After several falls in the last year, I am so
grateful for no broken bones and great therapy training to bring
me back to a reasonably normal statues of mobility for my life
style and duties in my home. I am thankful for the
consistent understanding and compassion that Andrew also
shows and his plan to help me always works!!! The staff and
all at Trinity are so delightful, I'm glad for this privilege of coming here.

“Super Skilled Mimi”

I've seen Mimi for a few different issues related to hip and knee pain and she reached into her toolbag of therapy tricks to help me get over such frustrating pain.

ART and dry needling were just couple of techniques we tried that helped ease my pain and get me back to an active lifestyle.

With each visit Mimi would reevaluate and offer new exercises to get me better. And her sunny disposition is almost enough to heal on its own!

“This has been a challenging injury that therapy has helped”

I have been in therapy for 10 months and through out that time my therapy has been well thought out and challenging. exercises were explained well so that I was successful at using them at home. I do not think i was ever pushed beyond what i could accomplish. Chris always listened and adjusted the session to problems i was having. i am extremely pleased with therapy i have received.

“Accurate assessment, developed a treatment plan that was truly personalized to me, very encouraging”

Chris was accurate in his diagnosis, treatments were valuable and very helpful. PT treatment plan met me where I was and progressed at a pace that was good for me, encouraging progression without frustrating me. I appreciate the fact that the plan was truly tailored to my particular needs and situation. He also taught me what each exercise was intended to do and muscle groups involved, which I think helped me get the most out of the PT and the exercises at home.

Mr. Buffum provides an excellent physical therapy session in first listening to my past week physical conditions and needs and provides feedback in assessing my current PT goals and needs. I had seen other physical therapists and my pain continued to worsen, never getting any answers. After seeing Luke for a few sessions he was able to finally accurately diagnose and help me find some relief. He always has time to listen and take the necessary time to get me out of pain. I feel all the employees take care to have a personal touch, customizing your therapy and goals to what is going on in your life. Working with Jen has been a joy! She makes sure that whatever we are doing that I am not in any pain. Jen makes sure that she follows the doctors orders of what I can and cannot do. She makes sure that I loosen my tendon up before getting into my exercises. She recaps my exercises at the end of the therapy so that I know what I need to do when I get home.

“She is our superhero”

Caitlin LITERALLY saved my son's life by putting herself between him and a steel beam that was falling during his treatment.

She has treated him for about 5 or 6 years and has always put him first. Anything that is going to work for him, she will do. If she doesn't think something is a good idea for him, she will tell me. She is always willing to try an idea unless there is evidence that it will be dangerous. Not enough good things to say about her and Trinity

“Excellent Therapist!”

4 months ago, I injured my lower back in the gym. After three doctor visits and shots, I still had constant pain and discomfort.
3 weeks ago, I started physical therapy at Trinity Wellness Center with Megan Monteith (Alexander). In that time, I no longer have back pain and have incredibly strengthened my core. Megan is amazing! She was very attuned to me as an individual and has taught me to independently continue my exercises on my own. Thank You Megan!!!

“Has gotten me mobile!!”

After several years of back and knee problems I had difficulty walking and had nearly no balance. After back surgery failed the neurosurgeon referred me to Trinity to gain strength. i agreed hoping something would help. Chris started doing mild exercises and increased the level of "difficulty" as my strength increased. He did it so gradually I did not feel pushed or pressure. As he worked on my back he started talking about my knee issues. I finally had a total knee replacement last year!

“Amazing and ready to push me to my limits”

I was able to work with Chris on my second half of my Therapy plan. I was thrown aback at how knowledgeable he was and how he knew what my body needed. I immediately felt like I was in good hands and the next 4 months or so showed. My progress in running and getting stronger in general made me feel 10 years younger. I feel better now than I did pre-injury. The things chris taught me and the care he gave me were second to none. I never felt pushed in a bad way but pushed me to get better and the results show that. I can't thank him enough, I am ready to continue to get stronger and stay healthy.

“The most intentional care”

I was a runner at NC state a few years ago and came down with a hip injury that has put me out of running. With my MRI negative for any problems, but still having a lot of popping and pinching, Luke decided to work from EVERY angle to get my hip back into the right condition. He has taught me how to clean up my exercises and get motion back in my hip and I am forever thankful. He will go above and beyond to get you where you need to be and that is all I could ever ask for.

“Luke always finds a way”

I wish I didn't need PT, but since i do, i couldn't be luckier to have found Luke and the whole staff a Trinity Wellness.

A bad cycling accident left me with two fractures in my back. After an unsuccessful trial with another clinic, I was referred to Luke and found out what real physical therapy is about.

Over the years Luke has helped me flare ups and other injures related to my original injury. He always finds the right level of therapy and excercise to get me back living my life.

I had a positive experience working with both Luke and Andrew. I feel Luke has been able to take me to a higher level of recovery. He has been patient in listening to where I am every time I come. It has been extremely helpful that he has had personal experience with back pain so he could understand easier than a therapist who has never had back issues. Him sharing his personal experiences and what has helped him has been very beneficial. I have enjoyed working with Luke and if I need to come back would not hesitate to ask for him to be my therapist again.

“Wouldnt go anywhere else”

Getting to meet Luke for the first time and him telling me what my goals were, was very calming. This was my first major injury and I knew I was in good hands. From text messages to see if I was ok to telling me workouts to do. He guided me and set me up for success to where I could be stronger than where I was pre-injury. I couldn't tell you how scary things are not being able to do things you normally do and now getting back to some set of normalcy was huge for me.
