I highly recommend Western Reserve Oral (OMS) they did a wonderful job with my wisdom tooth removal. They gave me step by step explanations on after care and what to expect during and after surgery. However, I checked with another oral surgeon and found they did the same. Dr. Frazee's "chairside" manner not the best.

They explained everything very clearly including how the process works and the aftercare instructions. Dr. Frazee did an amazing job making my nervous 13 year old comfortable. We went in for a consult and Dr. Frazee explained 3 different extraction methods to us so that my son could understand all options We then decided together on the best approach for him. My son had 6 teeth extracted during one visit and is healing phenomenally. He surprisingly needed very little recovery time. Dr. Frazee followed up to check on how he was feeling the evening of the procedure and the following week.

Dr. Frazee was very patient and explained all treatment options without being pushy about which I would choose. Also gave me the option of going home to think about it as I was overwhelmed with information and still traumatized that I was actually loosing a tooth. In the end I chose to have a single implant. He and his staff were very professional and supportive along the way at every visit. And the procedures were done with very little pain without sedation. Great doctor. Great staff.

Dr.Frazee has removed a broken tooth approximately 4 years ago and it was a very good experience. Currently he has been working on another tooth which we have decided needed implant surgery. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Overall, it was good. We did miss one detail of using the syringe to keep the area clean post-op. I think that may have been because we were given so much information it was hard to keep track of everything. It might have been helpful to get an email reminder of all the things we were supposed to do.
