Our UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Wound Care Center is located on the UChicago Medicine AdventHealth La Grange hospital campus, making wound care more accessible in Chicago’s western suburbs. We work with each patient to find the treatments and services that fit their unique needs, helping them heal chronic wounds and prevent wound recurrence.
