UofL Health – Medical Center Northeast is a four-story, 120,000 square-foot outpatient care facility conveniently located at 2401 Terra Crossing Boulevard off Old Henry Road near I-265/Gene Snyder Freeway. Residents in the Middletown, Jeffersontown, Anchorage and Eastwood areas of Jefferson County, as well as patients in Shelbyville, Frankfort and Lexington, now have closer access to the expertise provided by UofL Physicians academic and community-based primary care and specialty physicians, as well as a full complement of health care services.
