“Great experience!”

I came here with my husband because we went to several dementia specialists. All they wanted to do was to prescribe medications. Monique and Dr. Ruan were able to do brain mapping for us that showed us that it was likely due to traumatic brain injury from over 10 years ago! We were never educated by other doctors how vitamin d and omega 3 and other supplements can help with brain function. Very excited to go through this process!

“Caring, knowledgeable, helpful advice”

I met with Monique regarding my high blood pressure, lack of energy, difficulty sleeping, and difficulty losing weight. Monique patiently listened to my concerns and asked me questions about my work, sleep, and exercise routines, my diet, the supplements I take. She gave me a thorough exam and provided me with advice that got me moving forward toward feeling better. Additionally, Monique recommended a blood test that provides insight on which nutrients my body is absorbing/not absorbing that may be affecting my energy level, ability to focus, and sleep quality. I'm so grateful she recommended this blood test as it gave me early warning signs that my hormone balance is out of whack, my energy level may be affected by my lack of Vitamin B12 and D, and that I have some heart disease risks that I need to tend to before I have more serious issues. I am grateful for Monique's care, patience, and expertise and the insight she gave me in just one visit.

“Great help and great people”

Amy and Dr. Ruan have been great. We have been seeing them for a little over 6 months. They understand the complexities of autoimmune and other illnesses and take a multi-layer approach to the problem. One area that could be improved is post-visit communication but this is something they are aware of and working on. Most compassionate doctors and practice I have been to. Thank you for all you do!

“Someone You Can Trust”

Extremely competent in her knowledge, excellent listening skills, enjoyable disposition... She is someone who truly makes you feel like she is on your side and has your best interest at heart, because she does. I trust her and the care she provides for me. I enjoy our conversations regarding my state of health and I always feel wiser and more knowledgeable about how to best take care of myself and be proactive with my self-care. I am thankful she is in my life and I am in a better position as such.

“Each of us hold the power to heal ourselves”

Working with Dr. Ruan has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I love working with someone who doesn't make me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours to only rush me out of his office in 15 minutes. Dr. Ruan and his team discuss your symptoms briefly... take the necessary steps to diagnose... and then work with you to construct a healing blueprint. Empowered and hopeful are two words that would best describe how I feel every time I leave his office.

“I trust in Amy's knowledge, experience, and expertise”

I have seen many providers outside of the clinic and have had multiple issues related to my thyroid, toxins, adrenals, and gut. Getting me relief has been a challenge and figuring out the source of my toxin overload has been difficult. After seeing Amy, I can really appreciate the time she takes with my complex case and her sincere interest in me and my health.
