Very scared but Dr. Kerr and assentants were great and very friendly and made me fell very comffy. By the time it was time to go I was all calm and will come back

“Thank you Vista Ridge Family Dentistry!”

I have had an absolutely amazing experience in this office. My husband is incredibly dental phobic and as a result has neglected some things in his dental health. When he found himself in the ER with massive pain, he finally relented to going to the dentist. Finding Dr. Kerr was an absolute blessing for us. His staff was incredibly helpful with scheduling him in immediately and everyone was welcoming from the time we walked through the door. Dr. Kerr didn't overwhelm us with hard to understand terms and was to explain exactly what was going on and how to fix it in a clear way. Dr. Max also took the time to call and check up on him twice following the procedure which really gave us both peace of mind while he healed. Since our initial visit, Vista Ridge has delivered an incredible (and consistent) experience each time we have returned. Our smiles have never been healthier and we are grateful for finding such a great fit for both of our dental needs.

“Very Pleased!”

I came in knowing I had a mouth full of work to be done, and nervous beyond belief. After meeting Dr. Kerr, my nerves were calmed. I didn't even cry like I have in the past during a consultation. He made me feel that he really does care about me and my teeth and that I am not just another number walking in the door. I have a lot of work and long road ahead of me, but I confident that I have found my new and forever dentist!!!

“Great Dentist”

Brought my 3 year old to the dentist today. He LOVED it!!! Sarah the hygienist was amazing, and treated him like he was a king. Dr. Kerr was great and my son has been talking about going back to the dentist all day. He says it is his new favorite place.

“Best Dentist in the area”

This dentist office has been the greatest experience. Totally humble Doctors's and their office staff is always willing to work with you. I have never had a better experience. Dr. Kerr was funny, willing to discuss any available options without making you feel any pressure. Honestly, even if you hate the dentist, you will love this place. Everyone in the Austin area should go to these guys.

“Don't go to him for real dental needs”

I have been a few times to Dr.Kerr's office and it seems he is more interested in pushing his teeth cleaning business instead of actually being a dentist. The last visit I had with him I went in because of a cavity causing me pain. I waited a week to get an appointment where he would have time to fix it. When I showed up he said I wasn't scheduled for a treatment and he only had time to "look at the tooth". His demeanor seemed to like he didn't care about my business. I will be find a new dentist. If all you are looking for is a dental hygienist then he is the office for you. If you have actual dental work that needs to be done, I would suggest going somewhere else.
