“Dr. Tran is who you want on your team”
After a lumbar fusion in 2010, I've been to several Drs bc I was still in immense pain and something wasn't right. I was informed in 9/2013 I had loose equipment and I chose to have a 2nd surgery (360) to fix it. Surgeon referred me to a PM Dr who failed in so many ways to take care of me. A week after my surgery, I placed multiple calls to PM Dr bc pain control plan left me in more pain than necessary. A week of no return phone calls, I finally get a call that I was non-compliant of contract and dismissed.
The nightmare was far from over, so I thought. I went through my insurance listing & found Dr. Vu. I cried my first visit. A Dr that was compassionate, caring and WANTED to help me. His office is beautiful, staff is nice and the wait is always reasonable. He responds, he listens and is compassionate about pain. His office is not in any medical center where you have to fight/pay for parking and I just can't gush enough about him. He's your Dr. when you need one like this.
