Although Dr. Rizkalla was running late that day, he apologized for my wait time and thoroughly went over my lab results from the week before. He told me my blood cell counts (red & white) were very good and my platelets were fine. He said my cholesterol levels (HDL & LDL) were good. My LDL level significantly decreased; that was a good sign since it's the bad cholesterol. He also said my A1C was holding steady. Dr. Rizkalla proceeded to do my exam. He was thorough and asked if I ever had allergy testing. I told him it had been at least 10+ years, so he made a note for the allergist to contact me and schedule testing. Dr. Rizkalla was caring, and he spent time with me. He listened to my concerns (anxiety & stress) I'm currently experiencing with an ageing parent. I thanked him and was very pleased with the outcome of my visit that day.

I cannot say enough good things about my doctor and the staff and the facility. No long waits, friendly helpful staff and the place always looks like it was just cleaned. Even when they have to draw blood for labs, you don't even feel the needle. And I hate needles. Dr Rizcalla is the best doctor I have ever had. I pray he remains an excellent health and I never have to get another doctor. He is friendly, attentive and never seems to be in a hurry. And I can't say enough about their staff. They are so helpful and are great about following up as well as coordinating with other doctors for referrals and anything else that I've ever needed. Wonderful time spent with her except for her office. The room is too cold, the sun shines into the patient's eyes (in the morning) and the window blinds makes this constant rattling noise which is so annoying for a patient like me with PTSD, anxiety, and sensitive hearing. It would be wonderful if these items were fixed before my next visit. Thank you.

Visit was good but 5 days, no result on x-rays. I called twice and was promised call back. Still have not heard except text on 5th day saying I could go to portal and get results. I am 80 and cannot navigate computers as young do so I have to hope I can get someone to come and help me. Lousey system and care for us older folks

Dr.Roberts is a very caring person, she takes care of you, listen to you explain the information. It doesn’t feel like some other Doctors like they all ways seems to be in a big rush. I recommend her 100%.

Very personable, has good knowledge there were a few things I wish she would have stressed more emphasis on when it came to importance, on acting on those specific matters. Good doc though, and are just starting to establish patient care.
