My wife and I are glad to find Dr. Vattikuti as our PCP. We have great experience since we improved both of our health drastically. She is very meticulous in making sure we had every test, lab and follow ups completed on time to fully evaluate our health. The most amazing thing about her is she responds to us immediately when in need which is unheard of from other doctors.

The girls in the office were also truly amazing! They made me feel so welcomed. Not like other times when I felt like a Burden. They smiled at me when I walked in the office and actually knew me and remembered who I was!! I’m in a line of work where serving my passenger’s and making them feel welcomed is very important! Thank you Ladies SO MUCH!!

Dr. Vattikuti I followed over from her previous facility. She is always amazing, goes above and beyond for her patients. In August 2020 she was the FIRST to diagnose my severe condition in my legs, and continues to follow my care with my cardiologist. If she has concerns she will be prompt to make referrals if needed. She has provided me the upmost best care I’ve ever received from a PCP.

I really liked her. She made me feel like she actually cared; didn’t treat me as “ the next patient”. My only frustration (very mild) was that she spoke very quickly and I had trouble keeping up. I only have one good ear, so I have to listen carefully anyway.

I cant explain how wonderful Melanie is! Her profile is spot on because she cares so much and is so knowledgeable. She really helped me get stable as I'm going through this rough time. She explained things no one else did and did research to find me the best meds. You will absolutely love Melanie if you want someone who cares and spends time with you!

As always Dr . Vatikuti listens to all I have to say. She explained all of my lab results and the direction we will go in. My only problem is sometimes the Dr. forgets some of the plans. But is quick to take action. I followed Dr. Vatikuti from Medical City Alliance to now . Needless to say I trust her ..

Melanie is amazing. I came in for a physical but she also found that I had undiagnosed depression and unmedicated ADHD. During our second visit she was able to get me on the meds I need, and I've also reached out to a therapist) Due to her listening and taking time with me (which, by the way, I've never had a doctor actually listen to me) I've had a chance to become a functional member of society. I've already suggested her to my coworker. And I will continue to do so. She is the best doctor I've ever experienced. She makes going to the doctor's office so pleasant.

With today’s technology, it would be nice to have some sort of texting or email service to let patients know how the provider’s schedule is proceeding, so patients didn’t have to sit in the room for an hour until seeing the provider. Just a thought. I realize that it is usually patients that cause the schedule delays. I just wish there was a way to inform patients that the schedules were either on-time or running late. There should be a way to do this with modern technology.

Dr Melanie Scott is probably my favorite doctor I've been too. She doesn't lack social skills like some doctors do and speaks clearly how she would be speaking to a friend or family member. Really explains it and is straight up with you without confusing you with medical terminology. Great doctor to go with I highly recommend!

Came in as a hospital follow up. She reviewed the charts, and helped establish the next steps. We also got my TDAP vaccine administered and my prescriptions renewed which saved me hundreds of dollars.
