We are a primary care medical clinic located in Irving, Texas off of State Highway 161. Our board-certified providers believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and strive to keep you as healthy as possible. We see patients for all sorts of conditions, including diabetes and high blood pressure. We have an in-house laboratory and we can refer you to specialists when clinically appropriate. Whether you need an annual physical, wellness visit, acute care, such as treatment for a cold or the flu, or a vaccination, we are here to address your healthcare needs.

We are currently accepting new patients. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

“Nice guy, but my issue still persist after 1wk”

Went in last Monday as I had developed a serious sinus congestion, which resulted in coughing and minor sore throat.

Asked about getting steroid shot but that was not recommended. Got amoxicillin for 7 days.

Well, it’s now the following week and I continue to have sinus congestion, and cough. No sore throat, but that’s the only thing that got better.

Out of any of the dr offices I’ve ever been to this one is the best I spent about an hour with the dr discussing everything going on and coming up with a plan she wasn’t in a rush to prescribe me anything and is trying to work with my other drs to treat me properly she also didn’t push me to stop smoking but did understand why I smoke and that I wanted to cut back . The whole staff was great as well

I've been seeing the provider for a couple of years now and not once have I ever felt the appointment was rushed, even in the middle of the covid pandemic.

Melissa Canter ALWAYS takes the time to listen and talk to her patients. At the end of my appointment I leave with a clear understanding of sickness or illness and a treatment plan.

I also love the fact that if I take my teenagers to see the provider she talks to them directly instead of going through me the parent. It helps them feel independent and included.

Dr ward shows concern and she’s in tune with your physical and mental state. In the beginning thought she didn’tc care at all, then we address the situation and now she’s become a inspirational. I can guarantee she works from her heart. As a patient I know this is not just a job. She shows concern from the top of your head to the of your toe. She’ll ask you questions and she’ll let you know from the best of her knowledge of her medical expertise. She wants the best for me. She won’t let you leave without her everything possible to find a solution but most of all solve the problem. Other doctors have decided they want to do surgery on multiple areas of my body b but Dr Ward well not let anyone put you underneath until all of the “T”s are cross and all the “I”s are dotted. I’ve been having problems with everything in my body and she tends to all of it, even if she doesn’t work those areas but I can guarantee you, she would give it a shot to make you comfortable as possible.
