“A wonderful first visit with Robin Dore’”

I have always seen Dr. Lawrence because I’m not the typical patient, I have a very complicated medical condition/history that no other doctor could or would take the time to understand BUT he was booked and I had to get an appointment so I saw Robin for the first time and she must have read up on my medical records because she was “prepared” for my appointment with her. I’m very glad I got the opportunity to see her and she’s my go to when Dr Lawrence is booked or even if he’s not he deserves a break from me

One of the greatest things about Robin Dore is that she spends a great deal of time with you discussing your concerns and health problems. AND she acts like it is time well spent instead of time that is putting her behind. When you go, remember that. Wait your turn, take something to read, make an appointment where you are not rushing off to work. Because it is well worth your time to spend time with Robin and saving time by not having to schedule several follow ups based on questions you forgot to ask. Her practice truly makes you feel as if some healthcare people care more about you than the insurance payment numbers.

We found Dr. Khan a year ago when we went on Medicare. My wife and I are very happy with that decision. He has great patient care skills and always is very thorough during our visits.

After the appointment i needed a refill and i called it in. I was told it it would be sent to the pharmacy. My pharmacy never received it. I called back today and confirmed the order snd was told it takes 3 days to get to the pharmacy.
It has never taken this long. Thank goodness it is not life threatening !!

Dr. Kavitha Moolamalla is an excellent physician. She is the epitome of what a primary care physician should be. She is the best. She genuinely cares about her patient’s well-being which is evident in the conversations during the follow-up visits. I leave her office with a feeling that I am in great hands. Her calm demeanor makes me feel very comfortable with her. She takes time to listen and doesn't rush during the visit. That's very important to me. She doesn't medicate unless it is absolutely needed and I really appreciate that. She treats her patients with respect and provides timely and appropriate advice and care. She is thorough in her field and treatments. I feel blessed to have her as my primary care physician! I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

“I was able to get the care I needed.”

Lauren is so patient with me and gives me the care I need. I was in a great deal of pain with a kidney infection and she provided the care I needed in a very timely manner. I travel 30 minutes through heavy traffic just to have Lauren as my provider. I could always change to another provider after having moved to Dallas from McKinney, but I don’t think I could find anyone as caring as Lauren.
