“First visit”

I recently had my first visit with West Boca Eye Center. It is over 40 miles for me to drive here to Boca Raton, but after a bad experience at another large eye clinic close to home here in Miami. I made an appointment with West Boca Eye Center based on online reviews and the reputation of Dr. Bellotte. I was warmly welcomed, treated well, waited very little and came away very impressed and pleased. I left knowing more about my eye disease(s) and the options for treatment.

I wish I could rate 10 stars! Unbelievable professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. I walked into the office scared to death of getting surgery on my eyes. Dr. Bellotte explained everything in detail and told me how everything would go. He could not have explained it in any better terms. Everything was perfect. I just had my cataract surgery done by Dr. Bellotte and had nothing but the best experience! Working on my eyes, naturally you would want someone who is seasoned in what they are doing and has a good rapport with their patients. “Happy Mother”

My mother and I recently came here on recommendation from her neighbor who absolutely INSISTED that we had to go see Dr. Bellotte in Boca Raton as she can no longer see Alex Trebek clearly anymore. All the staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional from scheduling the appointment over the phone with Katherine to the eye exam and diagnosis with Dr. Bellotte. “Recent Cataract Patient”

Dr. Bellotte and his assistant tested my eyes and told me I am a good candidate for cataract surgery. They answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail. After the surgery I could not believe how drastic my vision improved, the best way I can describe the difference is before I was looking out of a very dirty window, now I am standing outside. “Strongly recommend”

I've been a patient of Dr. Bellotte for several years, last Wednesday I had cataract surgery for both my eyes. Although I was nervous Dr. Bellotte gave me his usual assurance and excellent care. “WOW”

I had laser eye surgery to correct my vision at a different office 2 years ago, I won't mention any names but I did not want to go back. Since then I have had major issues with dry eyes. I came upon this office via google reviews and had to try my luck. Dr. Bellotte placed these plugs in my eye and so far they are amazing, I will have to come back every couple of months but it is well worth it. Dr. Bellotte and his assistant Andrea were great, very professional, informative and funny.

“Floaters be gone!”

I had this spider like floater anytime I look at something that was large and solid in color like a wall or book, not detrimental but very frustrating. “Diabetic Retinopathy Treatment”

I started noticing dark areas in my vision as of late and problems distinguishing colors. I brought it up to my endocrinologist, he then referred me here to West Boca Eye Center. Dr. Bellotte and his staff were extremely thorough during my exam as I was concerned about the state of my eyes due to my diabetes. Dr. Bellotte understood my anxiety and put me at ease by explaining what he was looking for during my exam step by step. I will be starting diabetic retinopathy treatment next week.

“Best ophthalmologist and tream anwhere!”

About a year ago I was diagnosed with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. After surgery on both my eyes, my vision gradually came back and now I am able to read to my grandson again. Dr. Bellotte and all the girls were very informative on what tests were being performed, explained the results in the simplest terms, and most of all compassionate. “Very happy”

Dr. Bellotte has been managing my glaucoma wonderfully for over a decade now. He seen first hand my cataracts slowly worsening over these last couple of years. Before my eyes became too much of a hinder I had him perform surgery on them to remove my cloudy cataracts and implant new lenses. “Honest and professional”

I really appreciate Dr. Bellotte's honesty and professional opinion. I came upon West Boca Eye Center for a second opinion for LASIK surgery to correct my nearsightedness. Dr. Bellotte explained to me in detail that my cornea is too thin and I am not a good candidate for LASIK. Even though I am a little crushed that I can't have LASIK I am glad that DR. Bellotte was honest, explained everything in great detail, and did not rush me though the exam and questions like the previous center did.

“Floater treatment”

I been living with floaters for a couple of years now, it is just a part of getting older but now they are more frequent and starting to really bother me. My wife purchased some herbal floater treatments on Amazon which did nothing but made my urine smell funky. After some research on Google I found Dr. Bellotte. He first gave me a exam and then neutralized the floaters with a laser. I am satisfied with the treatment and very satisfied with Dr. Bellotte's care.

“Worth the drive”

My best friend recommended I see her ophthalmologist, Dr. Bellotte here in Boca Raton. It's quite a drive from Miami but it is very worth it. I been on eye drops to relieve the pressure for a while now. I just moved here and needed to find a new eye doctor, I was referred to Dr. Bellotte from my primary care doctor. I am blown away at the whole experience. The staff were great and friendly, the wait was under 10 minutes. “Great Care”

Dr. Bellotte has been my eye doctor for close to a decade. He monitors my eyes on a regular basis because of my macular degeneration disease. So far he has done an amazing job of keeping the disease at bay. I will be also needing cataract surgery in the upcoming year or two. While I am not looking forward at the prospect of surgery on my eyes, I know it is needed and I will be in great care.

Dr. Bellotte is simply the best out there, he is the only doctor I felt that took my symptoms seriously and eventually helped significantly relieve my dry eye pain. I have been living in constant discomfort all hours of the day and eye drops would only help for so long. If you have dry eye go see him and follow his regimen, you won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Dr. Bellotte as a emergency from my optometrist because of severe pain in my right eye and sensitivity to light. After a quick look by Dr. Bellotte he was able to tell me I had a corneal infection and promptly applied treatment and gave me a prescription to take for the following weeks. I had some doubt about the way I was seeing things last month, so I made a appointment so they can address my concerns. Come to find out my cataracts were starting to cloud up. Dr. Bellotte and assistant answered all my questions and completely and thoroughly and proceeded to schedule me to replace my cataracts with a fancy new lens. “Amazing Doctor”

What an AMAZING doctor. I have never been to a better physician. Dr. Bellotte is very thorough and explains everything step by step. I am usually very nervous about going to the doctor's office, but he takes the time to get to know you and make the process absolutely painless. I have so much trust for his ability to handle my ocular health. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an ophthalmologist.

“Lens Implant”

I had cataract removal and lens implantation performed by
Dr. Bellotte and his team just over a month ago. My experience was first class from the initial consultation and tests to the final consultation last week. My sight was deteriorating and night driving was a problem. Since having recovered from this procedure I am thrilled with the outcome.
Dr. Bellotte and his team are skilfull, professional and experienced and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

“Knowledgeable Doctor”

I'm very pleased with my first visit. Dr. Brent Bellotte is outstanding! I came for a medical exam of my eyes due to concerns with "floaters" and blurry vision and Dr. Bellotte explained test and image results thoroughly and in a manner I could understand. He's very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy his work. The techs were also exceptional.

“No more glasses!”

I had the privilege of being seen and operated by Dr. Bellotte. I had a high Myopia along with Astigmatism and could not be without my glasses. The volume of patients shows how great of a doctor he is. I truly recommend getting your Lasik surgery with this doctor.

“Exceptional Doctor”

To find a doctor with technical expertise of his specialty is expected. To find one who sets you at ease, inquires about your general health and life to attain a holistic perspective is rare. Even more scarce is an exceptional doctor who investigates a request for tailored cataract lenses to suit you. I was a patient of my last doctor for 30 years. Change has never felt so easy.

“Great Experiance”

What a great experience. I came across West Boca Eye Center online and at first did not know what to expect but I can truly say that this vision center is awesome. It's convenient, professional and very classy. The staff and Dr. Bellotte were extremely accommodating and was there to help me with all of my questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Bellotte for over ten years. I recommend him 100%, he is the best! Dr. Bellotte is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He has controlled my uveitis always with the best treatment and continuously follows up to ensure I get the best care. His staff is very professional and friendly, they always get in right away and I never have to wait more than 15 minutes.

“I can see again!”

I just recently had cataract surgery. I am highly nearsighted in my right eye and my left eye I am legally blind. Dr. Bellotte had changed my life completely the surgery was a success! “Best Cataract Surgeon”

Dr. Bellotte performed cataract surgery on my right eye. My results were even better than I had hoped! My vision is fantastic. Very grateful. “Positive experience”

I have always had a positive experiences with West Boca Eye Center. Not only are the doctors proficient, but they take the time to explain and answer questions to make sure I am comfortable and I totally understand what they are saying. The staff are professional, helpful and pretty. I have encountered busy times but have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen.

“The Best!”

Dr. Bellotte is the best. Not only is he a great ophthalmologist, he is also a very charismatic person. If you have any questions, doubts, or concerns, ask without a doubt he will deliver and explain everything to you. “Emergency Visit”

I had to go in for an emergency visit because a tree branch scratched my eye. All the girls in the office was incredibly nice and made sure I was feeling okay. They are all wonderful staff. I look forward to continuing my eye care with the office.

“Dramatic improvement”

Since my surgery, I had a corneal transplant, my vision has impoved drastically. I can see without my glasses. The absence of pain from my Fuchs' dystrophy is substantial. The best part is I can now wear designer sunglasses now! The care and kindness from the staff has been wonderful! I appreciate them everyday.
