He takes his time asking question about how you are feeling. A very nice manner of speaking with his patients. Very professional at his way of working. Dr. Bambi has such an excellent way of treating his patients. Such an amazing Dr for the first time I ever meet him. I would recommend him as a doctor. He is very professional on what he does.

“It was very short, and not helpful”

The front desk lady Terry I believe her name was, was really rude. She did not have willingness to help. When I asked about time, she said we are busy. I knew you were busy but wanted an ETA. She could not find my insurance (even though I have been here before) and did not do very much to find the information. She was not helpful At All! She even let two patients go ahead of me, because I complained.
The doctor was very short, and was not very helpful. She gave me antibiotics but that was really it. She could not tell me when when my inflammation would go down.
I had a really negative experience, and I understand that sometimes things can get busy, but all the patients deserve care and attention. The only one that was really helpful was the male nurse, which I could not get his name.
