The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I love the vibe. They took me back right away on my appointment time and I was in and out of the chair quickly. I felt very attended to. Dr Perez seemed very skilled and efficient. I had several fillings and a crown done here. I got to put on my headphones and zone out while he worked on my mouth. I am very satisfied with the services provided. I would highly recommend WiteCrest for anyone looking for a good Dentist!

“I was so happy to find a dentist being away from my home State.”

I was very pleased with the work Dr Perez did, especially since this was an emergency away from Pittsburgh, PA where I am residing. The good Doctor was accommodating and brought me much relief. It was really great that he was able to treat a 'walk in.' I am grateful and found the treatment, personnel and settings to be highly professional.

Dr. Perez was great. He made an uncomfortable experience painless and easy going. I never really liked going to the dentist, but I found this experience to be kind of relaxing. It could be because they have some pretty relaxing chairs. I would definitely recommend Dr. Perez if you're looking for a regular dentist.

“A great dental experience!”

I was having a terrible toothache a while back and needed help right away with a dentist who was open on the weekends or the evenings. Dr. Raul's office staff was amazing. They made everything smooth and easy, and because of care credit, I did not even have to pay anything out of pocket right away. They checked on me and made sure I was doing good between my visits. “Great Dr. and Staff”

I've been a patient of Dr. Perez for over a year, my overall teeth/gum health has never been better, due to the care and instructions I'm receiving from Dr. Perez. Through his practice of xraying every tooth, a cracked back tooth was discovered. Dr. Perez filled it and recommended a night guard to prevent further grinding/clenching and damage. The dental assistant and staff are wonderful and the office/equipment is state of the art. Highly recommend Dr. Perez and staff.

“Professional and quality work.”

I needed an emergency root canal, Dr. Perez's office was the only dentistry office to be able to get me in quickly, on antibiotics, and help within a few days. I have very bad anxiety issues with dentists, but Dr. Perez and his staff made the experience as pain free and comfortable as possible. They have provided me with excellent follow ups and a dental plan to take the best care of my teeth. I would readily recommend them in a heartbeat.

All my life I've been terrified of the dentist. Not anymore! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE here is amazing! They even took care of my service dog when I came back to have the permanent crown placed. Everything was explained in detail to me and not once did I feel uncomfortable! “Dr.Perez is and his staff are amazing!”

I have been dealing with a conundrum of unresolved chronic pain after having dental work done by a local dentist 9 months ago. Over the last 9 months I have seen 5 different specialists trying to get answers to the pain that began after that dental work and none of them could resolve or diagnose the problem. Today after seeing Dr. Perez "I finally have resolve"! I'm so greatful to have found a dentist that actually listened to the history and truly cared about what I've been through.

The office staff is incredible, I walked in yesterday and they got me in the very next day! Today I am greatful for Dr. Perez and Vanessa :).

I haven't seen the dentist in years. They were able to get me in do all the necessary firs time patient, but I had to make the appointment a month in advance. They were not able to do all the cleaning at my first appointment but they did have a cancellation and I was able to come back the same day to have my fillings filled and a teeth cleaning.

I can't begin to describe how extremely happy I am with my experience! The staff and the dentist were so pleasant, made you feel appreciated and listened to, which in my past experience with other offices hasn't been the case. The establishment has top of the line equipment and is impecably clean. The dentist took the time to go through my 3D images and explain things, they showed me a video, and sat down to discuss a future plan to have the work done. Five stars is not enough :)

The bridge removal and process of placing a temporary bridge was good and not painful in the least. The temp bridge looked very good and i feel very happy with my experience here. “Excellent Experience”

I came in with a broken tooth. Wait time only 3 min. I have low pain tolerance & I am hesitant to go to the dentist. Dr. Perez changed my perception. I didn't feel any pain at all although he removed a filling and put in another one. He explained to me the steps of the process and what to expect at each step. He used 3D imaging and the process was fast, painless, and comfortable. The staff was very kind and professional. Dr. Perez will be my dentist for life!

What I experienced in the facility of Raul Perez is an experience I wouldn't mind returning to time after time. From the welcoming, friendly, and amazing receptionist to the dental assistants and the dentist himself, everything I looked for in a dentist was right here all along and more. Raul and his staff made my experience here a comfortable one and that is what I appreciate the most. His practice is evidently clear after you smile at your own reflection!

“Best dentist I have ever had”

Dr. Perez is kind, patient, and professional and assessed and fixed my dental issues without unnecessary treatments or sales pitches. As a nervous patient it is very important that I have a dentist who hears my concerns and makes me feel comfortable and Dr. Perez does this. Marcella was clear and concise in her explanation of billing and flexible with scheduling. Vanessa, the Dental Assistant, was efficient and made me feel at ease. Great service all around.

“Painless Root Canal Treatment and Awesome Service”

I had and excruciating pain and my girlfriend recommended for me to come to WhiteCrest. It was an emergency and I had no appointment but they were kind enough to accommodate me. “Wonderful Experience”

I came to See Dr. Perez for implants, I was nervous, anxious, and worried I would be in alot of pain afterwards, I felt a little discomfort afterwards but nothing like I expected. After a day of pain relievers I felt as if I hadn't had any dental work done at all. Dr Perez and his staff were so kind and helpful. I will be a patient of his forever.

“This was an emergency visit as i was visiting the area. incredible service and care from start to finish.”

called Dr. Rauls office on a saturday morning while having severe tooth pain.. was seen within a couple of hours and they discovered several dental issues that required immediate attention. all issues taken care of in two visits with outstanding care and results. if anyone is looking for dental care i highly recommend Dr. Raul and his staff.

“Amazing place i found on the fly!”

I called everywhere looking for someone to help with my dental emergency on a Wednesday afternoon. i had no luck since everyone was booked. I had an emergency and everyone was turning me down. Upon calling Dr. Perez, they told me the doctor was not currently in the office, but would not mind meeting me ASAP because of the emergency. i rushed to the office and he promptly arrived and assessed that i needed my tooth removed. the whole procedure was under an hour and i left completely relived. They helped inform me what a bone graph was and when i came back with concerns on my follow up, they were amazingly informative and helpful. Definitely coming back for routine dental!

“I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!”

I had not gone to the dentist for almost 8 years and was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I found Dr. Raul Perez by chance by calling a few dentists in the area. I am SO happy that i did!! All the staff are beyond freindly and nice. Dr Perez did an AMAZING job and was very gentle! The cost was very affordable. I cannot say enough or how happy I was with my experience.
