My first experience with Amy is when I was having trouble with another physician at Pinnacle in attempts to have a prescription fixed and faxed over to the pharmacy. At that point, I was considering switching providers. Amy was the on-call and she was very prompt with getting the issue fixed. Ever since then, my husband and I have been coming to see her and we have not had any issues since. You can really tell that she truly cares for her patients.
