I arrived after answering several common questions when taking a new patient in my name was promptly called. The doctor quickly diagnosed what I had which was excess wax build up. He explained what he will do and got it done. I walked in and unable to hear clearly and walked out with high definition hearing. Great experience.

I have a 7-year-old child whose ear has massive buildup of wax. The doctor was very gentle and very good with children. our original visit he was unable to extract the ear wax and he instructed us to do drops for 2 weeks before we return for the second visit. in the second visit we were able to extract a huge amount of wax but without any pain and my child was not freaked out. I'm also impressed with how so much of the scheduling and check up can be done online so we didn't have to sit in the office and fill out paperwork while I have two toddlers screaming. I was seen on time and it was really fast and I was in and out. office staff was very friendly.

Friendly guy. Diagnosed me quickly and had me in and out of the office in a few minutes. I do wish he had provided more conversation and detail during the initial visit. It felt very rushed and I ended up basing most of my at home care on assumptions rather than any advice from the doctor (like not to shower with my ear infection). It was my first experience with a doctor in the US and I realized afterward I should've asked more questions because he didn't volunteer much.

Having said all that, during the follow up he explained my condition in detail and cleaned my ear for me as well as cracking a few jokes and it was all very pleasant and quickly done. Overall I'd rate him highly and most importantly he did solve my issue for me within a week which I'm extremely grateful for (just very glad I can sleep again without pain), with the only caveat being that I wish he'd volunteered more information during the first visit.

Dr Kansal diagnosed and treated my persistent outer ear infection. We had to try a few treatments before one worked, but he was diligent in finding a solution and clearly explained the treatments and their purpose. Highly recommended, and it was easy to schedule appointments with the office online.

This is my first visit to this office. I felt welcome from the intake personal to the hearing specialist who gave me a hearing test , to the Doctor. Dr. Kansal spent a significant amount of time. He explained everything he was doing. Explained his diagnosis and what are the.next steps. I felt very confident in his knowledge of my condition, and my following up exercises.
