I had nurse Jules who was very patient with me, I get weekly shots and get a little anxity I get weekly shots for my medical issues and have worked with nurse ( Jules) who was very patience with my weekly shots. Sierra the medical records person helped me with my medical records and was helpful along with being cheerful. I see many specialist and have not seen this type of service with other providers. I have been going to this office for years and have been very happy with the whole staff. Blessings with

I have been with this practice for over 16 years now and despite the changes that all medical offices experience, East Valley Endocrinology has maintained a very high level of care! Dr Lalani is incredibly smart, patient and kind and is without doubt an expert in his field. There are decidedly times you will have to wait in the office to be seen, but I always assure other patients that it's because Dr Lalani is so caring and spends all his time with you. Each patient wants that kind of care, so it's important to exercise some understanding and patience when waiting for an appointment! My best advice is, do not schedule your appointment on a lunch hour or when in a rush. The providers here will dedicate all the time necessary to your issue, but they will do so for all the other patients as well.

I'm a patient of Doctor Lalani. Time, encounters and experiences with him and the staff have forged a deep respect within me for these people and the quality of their work. The practice is an amazing place that is equipped with some amazing robust internal resources for diagnostic imaging as well as onsite tissue & cell biopsy and bloodwork services. I could go on and on with how impressed I am with East Valley Endocrinology and it still wouldn't fully express the depth and scope of quality.

I have been feeling horrible for the past few years. I have seen so many doctors and no one seems to listen to me. Finally, Loke and Dr. Lelani listened to me. I had an examination, an ultrasound, a continuous blood glucose monitor placed on my arm, and a bunch of labs drawn on my first visit! So, we shall see what happens. This office is very professional and the girls are very nice. I highly recommend them!

The staff is very helpful...the only issue I have had recently is with getting a called in prescription ordered correctly even after me following up. It used to be very difficult to communicated when not at an appointment Had to leave voice messages which never got a return call...could never get a human to answer any line but that seems to have been resolved and no longer an issue.
