My son started phase 1 of his orthodontic treatment when he was 8 years old. The staff was wonderful with him. They took time to help him understand the best way to keep his braces clean and what foods to avoid. Phase 2 started when he was 12 and was a breeze. Having an office in Winnebago certainly made appointments for adjustments much easier for us. We were lucky, and never had a single broken bracket or loose wire!!

Dr. Flanagan takes time after each appt to explain what they did that day and what to expect for next time. Staff is always friendly and flexible when needing to schedule or change appts at the eleventh hour. Appts always start on time and we appreciate knowing ahead of time how long the appt will last; they are usually spot on, too.

He agreed,but offered another way & explained everything in a manner for me as well as my son to understand. He always makes time to check in after with me after a check-up about what is going on & what's next. His staff is very pleasant & accommodating. We have had nothing but good experiences here. I'm pleased with the results that my child and I are both getting under Dr. Flanagan's care. His staff is really friendly and the office is inviting, clean, and fun to be in. It's great that many can't even tell that we are under orthodontic care since we both have invisalign.
