I was also surprised to hear of Dr. Wirtshafter's broken hand but again Dr. Brys took wonderful care of me by making time in her schedule to remove the wax in my ears so I could hear better.

Starting from my first call the staff fit me in for an acute sinus infection! Dr. Brys spent at least 20 minutes with me, did not rush me, and answered EVERY question I had. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly!! Follow up visit was exactly the same! I did have a slight wait but I didn’t mind due to the fact that I knew the Dr would give me the necessary time to complete my exam without rushing to the next patient.

More than once, I have seriously considered leaving your practice. I waited over an hour in your waiting room. My time is as valuable as anyone else's is. The last two visits, Dr. Brys hurt me while cleaning out my ears. I did my best to ensure she wouldn't need to do so this time. Took care of the Situation myself by using hydrogen peroxide daily for a few days before my appointment. Lastly, your extremely user-unfriendly web site made my blood pressure skyrocket. I don't like switching Doctors. So I try to avoid doing so. But as I said, I'm glad I only have to see this practice once per year.
