I have had ENT issues all my life. Ever since I became a patient of Dr. Lebovitz several years ago, my chronic sinus problems are almost gone (following the regimen he suggested). We have been to this office 3 times for my 4 year old son and they have been so helpful and on-top of everything, all while being kind and patient (I’ve had to bring along my 2 year old toddler as well). Dr. Lebovitz has excellent bedside manner with our children and making things not scary and even feel fun for my 4 year old. But, at the same time, he is professional and communicates well with us parents. We feel confident in his ability to diagnose and treat our son. Very happy with our experience.

He makes our child feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable exam. As for the facility, they were clearly overbooked. We arrived about 5 minutes early for our appointment having already checked in online, and waited over an hour to be seen. We were told they were short staffed, but that only made our opinion of the situation worse as they continued to book appointments knowing they were short staffed. From start to finish our visit was amazing. We didn’t wait long in the waiting room, the nurse who brought us to exam room was very nice, Dr. Lebovitz was so thorough and great with our two year old daughter. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered all my questions. I felt extremely comfortable the whole time. I was then assisted to the audiologist for my daughters hearing test. The audiologist was also so friendly and accommodating. Once we were finished Dr. Lebovitz was there and speaking with the audiologist about my daughters results. Then we were walked to surgical coordinator (who was also so nice) to schedule surgery. I can’t say enough good things about the entire practice, I am very happy with my choice to go to Dr. Lebovitz

I was laughing when I went for a sleep study and it showed that I had mild sleep apnea. My wife swore it was severe because I snore loudly at times and need a cpap. I can’t say enough about this doctor!! He is super friendly, he keeps my daughter so relaxed and calm, he is funny and just amazing at what he does! There is no other doctor like him! My daughter had her nose cauterized today and he made it a total breeze….unreal!!! He also removed her adenoids and tonsils when she was younger and made that whole stressful situation so unbelievably easy for us. He is truly one of a kind!!!!

I was told I was an hour early and had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, when actually I was on time for check in and my doctor's appt. according to an email I was sent by the office prior to my appt. I brought this with me. They just argued with me and said I had to wait. The registration desk clerks were rude and insistent that I was early. I discovered later, that they had me waiting for audiology, which I didn't need and didn't know about. (I have been wearing hearing aids for 2 years from Costco which I was very satisfied with, and did not need an audiology appt.) When everyone else who came after me went in to see a doctor (evidently all for AUDIOLOGY), I finally went up to the desk and complained loudly and finally discovered they had me listed for audiology first. Dr. Lebovitch saw me with minutes. He was very apologetic and took a copy of my appt. reminder, so this wouldn't happen again. I was satisfied as always with his review of my ear & throat issues and RX issued.

Tiffany Morgan (surgery coordinator) is amazing as well she helped to coordinate all my medical clearance for me and even called my primary care multiple times when they failed to send the docs on time.

In the email that I received prior to my visit, it’s specified that I should get there 20 minutes early because they like to take everyone on time. That didn’t work so well for my trip because I wasn’t saying until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Maybe they need to work on that. Other than that everything was great.

This is my second visit where I waited over an hour. The office staff/doctor needs to do better job of scheduling. No patient should have to wait over an hour at every visit!
