Dr. Blackburn is an excellent surgeon. I had a total reverse left shoulder replacement. He spent the time to go over all aspects of the surgery. He listens to your questions and is very patient in answering all of them. The surgery went perfect, with little pain. He spends plenty of time on follow-up visits. Dr. Blackburn coordinated my physical therapy with the therapist. He was always up to date on follow-up visits. He is very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Another appointment was not scheduled, treatment began immediately. I left the office in less than 45 minutes with all 4 parts of the 4 part plan already in motion. Very impressed with Dr Blackburn. I felt comfortable and confident in OUR plan. A GREAT experience.

Dr Blackburn looked at my hands and ordered blood work. So glad he had because I had a condition that I was not aware of. I was referred to a rheumatologist and because of that my hands improved and he advised me on the surgery for carpal tunnel. Surgery went well and I was so impressed by him.

My first visit he examined my finger and told me I might lose the tip of the finger but he will do his best. He did the surgery but couldn't save the finger tip.
