From the moment that I had my phone consultation, my very first appointment, my pre-opp appointment, my surgery and 6 weeks of post surgery appointments Dr. Alderman and her entire staff go the extra mile every single visit. Each member of her team is very thorough patient and always made me feel comfortable (which was very important to me). Dr. Alderman’s pain management program is nothing like any other surgeons. I have a very low tolerance for pain (so I was extremely nervous about having a tummy tuck as I knew it was a painful surgery) during my consultation Dr. Alderman assured me that I would have very minimal pain as long as I followed the pain management process properly, which I did and like she said, I had very minimal if any pain! If I choose to have any other surgeries I will only use Dr. Alderman and her staff. I am beyond thankful that my husband found her

In 2020 when I decided to remove my implants for personal reasons I had her perform my surgery because I trust her judgement,expertise and the way she connects with me as a person. She is very compassionate and that was the reason when it was time for my revision, I needed not look any further. I highly recommend Dr. Alderman.

It feels odd to describe any kind of surgery as a fantastic experience; however after having my breast implant surgery 12 years ago, I was in such enormous pain afterwards that I was terrified (dreading) to go through that again. I went for a consultation visit and was blown away by how awesome everyone was, from Kelly to Tera (and then Amanda and Dr. Joiner pre-surgery as well). Dr. Alderman prescribed a pain management protocol. When I got home from surgery I was able to walk around and eat normally! I never even needed to touch the Oxy prescribed! The worst the pain got was just a 2 out of 10, and that was primarily where the drains had been put in. I would describe it as just uncomfortable. I kept wondering when it was going to start to hurt. I was out taking our dog for a walk the next day! Now it's day 6 and I feel great! If you are nervous about the pain and recovery factors, there's no need to be... as long as you are under Dr. Alderman's and her stellar team's care.

The worst the pain got was just a 2 out of 10, and that was primarily where the drains had been put in. I would describe it as just uncomfortable. I kept wondering when it was going to start to hurt. I was out taking our dog for a walk the next day! Now it's day 6 and I feel great!

When I met with Kelly and Tera, the office superstars, they were both so warm and friendly too; made me want to choose Dr. Alderman even more. Since the surgery, I have worked with nurses Carrie and Michelle. Both are wonderful! It's awkward being naked and looking at your flawed body, but this crew makes it simple. They have treated me with dignity and respect every step of the way. My breast lift looks amazing. I have had several people ask what size implants I have. No implants!
