After we receive payment from your insurance company we will send you a bill for the difference. The difference between our fees and the amount that your insurance pays us is your responsibility.
If you have Delta Dental, Blue Shield or United Concordia dental insurance, payment is due at the time of service. These insurance companies do not send payment to a dentist who does not participate with them. These insurance companies will issue you a check based on their payment schedules.

I brought all three kids at once - 2, 4 and 6, and they loved it! They always look forward to coming here. Dr. Craig and the whole team are so wonderful with children. They're even better with parents. The communication is proactive and clear. You would expect taking your children to the dentist, but with these guys it's a breeze!

I like how today it was very, very fast. It only took a few minutes and then I was done. The Floride was much faster, and better tasting (not that it tasted good) then before. I am very pleased with that. It was overall better than last time. Thanks.
