There were more concerns after x-rays and subsequent tests were ordered. All my concerns were taken seriously and addressed and I feel confident that I will have a great quality of life.

I visited Ortho Now in early 2020 with complaints of finger numbness, radiating pain across my back and down my arm. Following a physical exam & xrays, I had a diagnosis of disc degenerative disease in my cervical spine. Conservative therapies - PT, steroids, etc. prescribed. I met with Dr Clifford in the summer and received a referral for epidural injections. In December, I underwent a double cervical spinal fusion. At every juncture, my concerns were heard and addressed. Doctor Clifford has a professional and patient crew on his team. I was in pain, the staff at Dr. Clifford's office were quick and I was able to get in and out quickly. I felt that my questions were answered and I felt good that I was being cared for by a true pro. I will have to come back for a follow up after a MRI and even that appointment will be completed very soon as I was contacted the next day. Dr. Clifford played me straight right from the beginning. If anyone expects miracles or 100% from what is a very dangerous procedure (L4-5 Fusion in my case)—one is not being realistic. I blame others for diagnostic failures that led to the necessity of this surgery, but give full credit to Doc C. for a great job trying to make things right. I know I wouldn’t be walking right now except for by God’s grace in guiding Doc’s hands. V/r

Dr Clifford's staff is amazing! Chelsea, his assistant, has responded to every question I've submitted online within hours. She's never made me feel as though I'm bothering her even though I've sent her sent her several questions. Kelly, his PA, comes into the exam room, sits down and makes me feel as though she is ready to spend as much time with me as I need. Both of these ladies and the front office ladies have been wonderfully supportive.

The nurses, x-ray tech's & Dr. Clifford were all very helpful & nice. My wait after check in was about 2 minutes. I had barely finished filling out the questionnaire. The wait once I got in a room was about 15-20 minutes but I was also taken for x-rays during that time. Dr. Clifford listened while I answered his questions as well as when I asked questions. Check-out & scheduling a follow-up appointment took the longest but was still completed in about 10 minutes. Dr. Clifford has a wonderful bedside manner. I look forward to working with him to get better.
