Dr Budorick tested strength in my legs which had greatly improved. He asked and answered all my questions. He went over my X-rays. I think I’m on the mend. I think he did a superb job. Claire in PT has been a Godsend. Thanks ALL!!!!

I acquired an infection and had a very long and painful hospital stay. Dr. Budorick has been extremely helpful throughout my recovery. He admits not knowing the answers to all of my questions. I have been so frustrated with my slow recovery but he keeps trying! He has sent me to physical therapy and referred me to other specialists to seek answers.

I had a previous surgery with Dr. Carofino and excellent experience with the Chesapeake office so when I had a neck/spine injury I knew I wanted to return to Atlantic Orthopedics. I was very lucky to get a quick appointment with Doctor Budorick only 3 days after my injury. He was very friendly, thorough and professional. The staff at his VA Beach office was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Even though I have to travel quite a distance to this office and there may be other providers closer to me, I am glad I chose to continue as a patient with Atlantic Orthopedics.

The PA and the doctor LISTENED! My pain was nothing like I have ever experienced, and it is 24/7. They listened, xrayed, explained, made a plan, and engaged my in the decision process. I had a bad experience with AOS a few years ago so I was apprehensive about going back. But I figured that was just one dr of the group. So far, I am very glad I did.

I have x-rays taken in the office, then Dr. Budorick visited, listened to how the injury occurred, the duration and nature of pain i was experiencing and effect it was having on my daily life. He recommended a range of treatments, answered my questions about each. He was particularly helpful in recommending medications that did not conflict with the blood thinning medication I am taking due to a previous stroke. He recommended a Cortisone shot, rest and icing to alleviate swelling, relieve pain and returning to exercising gradually. Two days later, there is a reduction in pain, increase in range of motion and reduction in swelling. i am very encourged by my progress and look forward to getting back in the gym. He was attentive, sympathetic of my pain, physically and emotionally, and did not rush the visit at all. Dr. Budorick and Kelly both put me at ease by answering all of my questions and concerns. My daughter was with me and asked much more concerning post surgery care and what to expect. So, I can only say that I am completely satisfied with my visit.

I was given a prescription, the young lady faxed it to Oceana, and I picked it up on my way home. What could be better than that
