“I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for years.”
I've dealt with Dr. David Gross at Manhattan Eyeworks Chelsea for about 6 years now. I picked this place because of all the positive recommendations from my office. We all go there! My eyeglasses were made very well, both frame and lenses. I know this because earlier I went to another, cheaper place and got the glasses I paid for. (Both frames and lenses were low quality.) Manhattan Eyeworks has a big, varied selection. Their staff is very helpful. I have the means to afford much nicer glasses now and will continue to do my business at this establishment. What a wonderful place! Tanya helped me from the moment I called to the minute I walked out the door -a very happy, satisfied customer. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Also, this was the first time a doctor spent so much time examining my eyes. I never saw so well. The employees were smiling and seemed to really enjoy helping people.
I recommend this place to everyone who wants and enjoys good service. Keep up the great work Dr. Gross and staff!
