This is the only place that stuck with me and helped me get out of pain. I have had 75 surgery's 3 neck and multiple back. He stuck with me until we decided to do the pain pump. And they didn't stop until we got the right dosage in my pain pump and I can now say I am pain free and no longer living on oral pain meds

I have extreme anxiety but the nurses and doctors were very nice and kind and they gave me hard paper copies because I don't like electronics. Also they don't rush you here like at other pain clinics. My 14 year old daughter was here with me and they were very kind to her as well and provided her with snacks.

I have been a patient for the last 10 years. In general I have been happy about my experiences. I did have a post spinal headache after my pump trial. I think additional information about the complications of pump surgery would have been helpful sooner. I did not know that if the a spinal headache could happen with the pump again, so I no longer want to proceed w/ this treatment option. I am hoping that the PA staff or Dr. Schultz will be able to discuss other treatment options.

I've had a chemical nerve agent in the Army, I was paralyzed from a training accident from the waiste down at my 19th year. When I fully retired at 20 with a back surgery I had some pain in Texas. And having a horse kick you in the middle of the back from not giving him food and taking it straight to his stall. Which I should have put him away first. It was moving up here and letting the VA oust me to Fairview hospital and from there no one but Dr Schultz took the time and line road with me and still am. There was one time when he sold this place and I was looking to leave, but I'm glad I hesitated. So, I'm almost free of pain and having a lot of pain that I started with at the beginning I'm doing really good.

I have been with Nora for about a year now. I took an uneventful fall at home which caused significant pain to my lower back and tail bone. I was able to see a provider, Who suggested a multilevel epidural. The next day I had Dr. David Schulz Perform the epidurals. I had had a significant hematoma to the coccyx area which decreased the pain immensely. I had a pain pump put in with Dr. Schultz. The pump is great but the only comment I have is, it was never explained to me how long the recovery would be.
