Dr Scott came highly recommended by my PCP. I didn't know anything about him. On the first visit he an his staff were very professional, all business, and efficient. As we progresses through the two hip replacement surgeries, I found them to be very personable and caring.

Dr. Scott explained everything before surgery and said I would have some pain, but not as much as with the posterior surgery. He was absolutely correct. I only needed 3 pain meds the first week after surgery! Unbelievable! He has made movement and activity possible again. My experience with Dr. Scott has been the best.

After a six month check up, all is very good. Pain level and flexibility of the knee replacement was a total success. I am glad the surgery was done. The future looks much better without pain. Flexibility is great and will even get better next six months.

Dr. Scott was very professional and caring about my situation. The recovery process and physical therapy was as explained. What you are able to put into it is what I would get out of it. I found his staff very professional, friendly and willingness to help in any way. I am considering another knee replacement and will have Dr. Scott do the replacement - no question!

Far above expectations. I'd been in marginal pain so long I didn't even know it wasn't normal. Now with both hips done I can stand and walk, even climb with zero pain and energy is high. Aftercare and phys therapy was first rate. If I have any other joint give out, I won't hesitate to get it seen to.

This was a wonderful overall experience with my Surgeon and the staff at OSC. The only complaint, is coming in for my post op visit and being told I need to make a payment before I can be seen. We literally recieved our statement in the mail last night 12/13/22. She said two had gone out previously, but we hadn't recieved them. Ive been in the office multiple times and nothing was ever mentioned.

Dr Scott has replaced both knees. Both surgeries were very successful with NO problems/complications. I would refer anyone with knee problems to make an appointment with OSC & Dr David Scott. With therapy at the same location as the doctor's office is great as the therapist knows the desires of the doctor and if there are any questions the doctor is "around the corner." Great experience!!

Dr Scott has replaced both knees. Both surgeries were very successful with NO problems/complications. I would refer anyone with knee problems to make an appointment with OSC & Dr David Scott. With therapy at the same location as the doctor's office is great as the therapist knows the desires of the doctor and if there are any questions the doctor is "around the corner." Great experience!!

After two knee replacements, one knee revision, a hip replacement and then for Dr. Scott to do the revision on my right hip, i can say he is one of the finest surgeons i have ever dealt with. The care I received from Dr. David Scott was "exceptional" from my first visit to post-op (during my first year). His caring manner, description to detail in describing my surgery, and my post-op visit were "first-rate." I doubt that I could have gotten this quality medical care anywhere else. He put me at ease from the first visit and thoroughly answered all my questions. In addition, his staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel "welcomed," instead of just being another patient.

For the past 3 years I have been unable to walk without some sort of assistance and my life was at a standstill due to crippling pain. Prior to surgery I was using a walker in my daily life. Dr Scott performed my LTHR in May and my RTHR in July, both anterior approach. At about the 3 week point following the second surgery, and with PT twice a week, I was able to take my first steps without any device. Presently at 6 weeks post-op, I continue to progress with PT to strengthen muscles that hadn't been used in years. My CNS is also quickly reconnecting with my muscles. Life is exciting again!!

Dr. Scott did my total knee replacement surgery--I went home the same day as the surgery!!! Home health nurse and PT were at my house the next day. After evaluating my arthritic right hip, Dr. Scott explained my options, and we agreed that resurfacing was a good option for me. The incapacitating arthritic pain was gone immediately after surgery. Range of motion ended up almost as good as my other knee. I could do all the activities I wanted to again. Right leg is just a bit longer now, so I wear heel insert in left shoe.

Dr. David Scott performed knee replacement surgery for me a year ago. I have been able to do activities since my surgery that I was unable to do before my surgery. He did the double replacement and I could not be happier with the results. While my rehabilitation was the toughest thing I have ever done, it was also the most rewarding. Dr. Scott did a great job!

doctor scott and his staff are great. i would not go to any other doctor for a joint replacement. i have allergy to most pain medications and dr scott was able to work with me on this and to make me as comfortable as possible during and after surgery. i highly recommend dr scott for any joint replacement. i'm in better shape now than i have been in years.
