I came in with my mom who is elderly and has some difficulty walking. Dr.Snyder and his staff were very patient and accommodating. He took the time to examine my mom and I and explained, in detail, his findings. He even referred me to an allergist based on my concerns and his examination of me. He was very. professional and knowlegable and even had a great sense of humor! Lol! This was our first time meeting him, but it didn't feel that way. It was a great visit.

I did not make my appointment through the call center that I called twice. They did not understand the reason for my visit as it was a very technical one. They would not schedule my appointment without having a hearing test. I will always refuse a hearing test since I am followed by my Audiologist. I told him which hearing aid I wanted and told me I have to make another appointment. I went to the front desk to make an appointment, only to find out that I would have to wait three weeks and take off a day of work because they only have weekdays at 9 or 1. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

I arrived to office early, had completed all forms online prior to my visit, there were 2 people in waiting room. It took over one hour to be seen by the doctor. No apology nor explanation was offered by doctor nor staff. My actual appointment took less than 5 minutes. When I asked why there was such a delay, i was given a ridiculous reason that they “had a new system “. The “system “ had nothing to do with this delay, there were 3 people in waiting room and we had all finished our paperwork!

Went in with blockage in both ears (wax buildup) and lost some hearing as a result. Dr Snyder went though his procedures to clear up the blockage and like magic … I GOT MY HEARING BACK AND NO MORE PRESSURE IN MY EARDRUMS!!! 5 star is not enough… they should add a 6th star for medical professionals like Dr Snyder who care about there patients well being and spend the time to go over and necessary areas that may need a little addressing. He gave me a hearing test as well to make sure I was able hear effectively. Thanks again to Dr Snyder and whom ever is reading this please acknowledge 6 stars of service!!!
