Our two children with autism and sensory processing disorder have challenges with oral care. From the moment we walked in the office, they were made to feel comfortable by warm, welcoming staff. The play equipment in the lobby allowed them to get awesome sensory input before the appointment. The hygienist took her time with us and made our kids comfortable. Dr. Moseley-Stevens is great with our kids. Patient, helpful, gentle, and makes our kids' dental experience a positive one. We're very happy!

Dr Jennifer and her staff is honestly amazing! Other dental places I took my 3 year old daughter to were, they were only able to count her teeth. First Impressions made my 3 year old and 6 year old daughter feel very comfortable. They were able to do a full cleaning and x-rays on both girls. They came out of the room smiling and laughing. The process from check in to the consult when they were done was streamline and enjoyable. I am beyond excited that we have found this dental office and look forward to our next visit.

Since the first phone call I was impressed, friendly and helpful on the phone. They where able to get us in for a second opinion with in a week and worked with our schedule. At the appointment we were greeted with a smile, and friendly tone. Our son loved all the things they have to keep him busy until his appointment making it so he is able to get his hyper activity out in the waiting room and not in the chair. Second opinion was great they informed us parents that it was not as bad as the first place made it sound. Before we left we had a plan of treatment, quote (very reasonable), and a next date set. Our son counted down the days to go back he was so excited, we got there and they remembered all 3 of our names. They were spot on on timing, and connected to my son making him feel safe in what can feel like a scary place. The Dr. made sure to explain everything not only so that we knew what was going to happen and what did happen but so that our 4 year old son could also understand. They really put us first and work with us through everything. Great staff and Dentist highly recommended, even with a child with hyper activity. They take their time and make sure each person feels at home and welcome and leaves with a smile, even after having work done that would scare an adult. I just can not say enough good things about this place!!!!

My daughter fell and sustained significant trauma to her front teeth. I called all over Appleton with no luck to get her in immediately anywhere. My daughter has always gone to First Impressions, however, this was a Thursday and they are in our location on Monday and Tuesday. She was bleeding badly and I needed her to be seen ASAP. One of her front teeth was loosened and the other was dangling in her mouth. I finally decided to call First Impressions anyway, I figured I could at least get some advice on where to go. They forwarded me to their Suamico location where my daughter's dentist, Dr. Jennifer, happened to be working that day. It was a 40 minute drive, and it was after hours already, but Dr. Jennifer said that she would stay late and wait for us. She stayed two hours after to help my daughter that day and gave us the only hope we had to save her teeth before it was too late! I am beyond thankful for Dr. Jennifer and her staff! I have no idea what I would have done if it wasn't for her.
