My husband's appt. was a great step in the right direction. It's the beginning of getting relief of his months of severe pain for 24 hrs a day. I went to the Lilburn location as a new patient. When I first arrived my insurance was showing inactive. The front receptionist Anna told me that the insurance team checked the insurance and it showed inactive. She told me to call my insurance to see if it could be reinstated yet. I called and it was reinstated. She did everything she could to make sure I would be seen. She was really sweet and patient being that she was basically in the middle between my insurance team and her insurance team.
