Lana should be so proud of her staff. I didn't get her name but the short haried brunette receptionist went OVER and ABOVE assisting an elderly woman. You know not everyone was born into todays technology. The receptionist went as far as to assist the elderly woman getting here parking pass pout of the machine. This person is the type of people you want to have. People Who Care! Just a Great Job!

Prior to meeting with Dr. Long, I had suffered from very dry skin on my hands and actually had an open cut for almost 6 months due to the issue. Dr. Long was able to diagnosis and perscribe medicine that resolved the issue in two days and has made my hands look better than they have since I was a child.

I have seen Dr Long for several years now - both for medical dermatology and for cosmetic procedures. I have tried Botox, fillers, Coolsculpting, and the new brilliant and Clear laser. Dr Long spends time talking you through what you want to accomplish. She is knowledgable and honest. I am very pleased with the results of my coolsculpting....it has been 8 weeks and i definitely notice a difference,...i work out a lot and there was just that part of my stomach/belly that wouldn't go away thus my decision to have this done....being diabetic, I also wanted to be sure there would be no issues. Dr Long went over that with me I felt very comfortable proceeding with the procedure....another perk for me was since I definitely notice and improvement, I am actually eating better.

I had persistent acne starting in my adult life at about 22 on wards. I came to Dr. Long and she helped me work though options. She suggested light therapy and I came in twice a week for treatments. Although this was a lot of visits this really helped clear up my acne. I used to constantly have oily forehead and temples but after treatments were complete I started to notice less oil. I was clearing up and not getting more acne. I was finally able to happily take photos! Dr Long is wonderful!

I drove an hour and forty minutes to get to Dr Long only to be way laid by her receptionist. I had told them that I was Self-pay when I made the appointment last week. I get into the office she asks for my drivers license which I gave to her. . I told her I was out of pocket paying. After we went back-and-forth two ir three times she insisted she needed my major medical card. When I showed it to her she told me they couldn’t treat me! I was trying to pay this Dr. Cash and she would not except me

I have had dark hair growth on my face and neck which can be very embarassing as a woman. Dr. Long and her staff however make me feel comfortable and not embarassed at all. The lasers are great and almost painless. I have had 3 treatments and seen significant results!! I would recommend her office to everyone!!

Dr. Long was wonderful in helping me achieve the younger look I wanted by reducing my 'smile lines' around my eyes. She was careful to explain the procedure and not go overboard with the treatment so that I would have a natural look. In the end the results are EXACTLY what I had hoped for!
