“Can someone please answer the phone?”
I love Dr. Rainer but it is very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I have called three times this week. Twice there was no answer and once I left a message. No one has called back and it has been several days since I called. Since Floyd took over the clinic it has been more difficult to get through.
