Dr.Sigman performed BEAR ACL reconstruction procedure on my left knee in December 2021. Great experience, no post-surgery pain, quick recovery. Procedure took less than an hour. Could walk on my both feet a few weeks after the surgery. Recovery was smooth and without complications. After 5 months forgot that my knee was injured. Pre-surgery scheduling and communication was efficient and straight-forward. If I had to do it again, would definitely do BEAR with Dr.Sigman

After meeting Dr Sigman, learning about the patch and post surgery expectations I had to go with this option. One week post surgery i am using my arm, limited, but able to drive, type, have a life! This experiance far exceeded my expectations, been a game changer!

I was able to walk up & downstairs without holding onto the banister for fear of falling.I'm not limping anymore or dragging my leg behind me. I recently went ice fishing & was able to walk up & down sloped ground which had crusty ice & snow. I highly recommend these treatments, & don't hesitate to try them!

Overall, I felt incredibly comfortable at this practice. Everyone explained the experience well and treated me great. Once the hand wand was integrated into the treatments, I noticed a big difference in my knee pain. It went from a 10-11 pain to barely 1.

After some PT, his knee still wasnt right. it was time for surgery and I even switched my son's insurnace to make sure Dr. Sigman could do this procedure. Had a sore shoulder and went to visit Dr. Sigman. I've been to him previously for my other shoulder and an ankle but this is my primary arm and working with power tools was becoming a problem. He diagnosed me with a tear in the rotator cuff and said the surgery would be smooth... It was! He put in the "cow patch" for the rotator cuff tear and 6 days later I am moving freely. I needed no narcotic medication, just Tylenol for the first 4-5 days. This is helped by the fact that a "block" is done on the shoulder and you have a dead arm for a few days but zero pain. Now I just need to try and not use the arm for 6 weeks. I have spoken with others who have had a more old school approach to this repair and they were in pain for a month and sleeping in a chair instead of their bed. If you need this done, see Dr. Sigman.

Dr. Sigman explained the diagnosis in my shoulder and he and everyone at surgery explained everything all the way through. All in all it was very comforting and would definately recommend!

It would show up every 4-6wks like clockwork and take a solid 2 weeks to go away. 2 weeks of constant aspirin, ice, rest. It was a vicious cycle that seemed to have no end in sight. Prompt professional care from day of diagnosis to surgical repair. I was apprehensive about having a procedure on my dominant arm, but knew the shoulder was not functioning at full capacity. Dr. Sigman uses a multi-modal approach to provide his patient's with a minimally invasive and opioid sparing encounter. I was received a peripheral nerve block prior to the surgery, and was pain free for the first five days post-op. The use of Meloxicam (NSAID) and Gabapentin in those first five days did the trick. I am thrilled with my range of motion, and my progress. Ortho Lazer has been a major part of the recovery process as well, and the team at that facility is fantastic. So grateful for Dr. Sigman, Kristen Proverb NP and the team at OSA!

Dr. Sigman uses a multi-modal approach to provide his patient's with a minimally invasive and opioid sparing encounter. I was received a peripheral nerve block prior to the surgery, and was pain free for the first five days post-op. The use of Meloxicam (NSAID) and Gabapentin in those first five days did the trick. I am thrilled with my range of motion, and my progress. Ortho Lazer has been a major part of the recovery process as well, and the team at that facility is fantastic. So grateful for Dr. Sigman, Kristen Proverb NP and the team at OSA!

Because I had had stem cell therapy in that knee and the knee was doing extremely well, I had told Dr. Sigman that I was concerned about any type of surgery. The day of surgery, without any prodding from me, Dr. Sigman acknowledged the stem cell therapy and informed me that he would be very careful and gentle because of it. Came to ortholazer with left shoulder pain due to a rotator cuff injury. I was able to decrease my pain level 90% by the end of my 6 sessions. My range of motion has greatly improved and I'm excited to say I do not need surgery at this time!

Excellent I was always treated with respect. The staff was very knowledge about the therapy. I finished my treatment in March at about 80% improvement. Now two months later my pain level is near 0.

Within a week of surgery I am moving my arm and have little discomfort. From the surgery center to the doctors office and lasor treatment office, I would strongly recommend Dr. Sigman to everyone! I injured myself 17 years ago and after listening to one horror story after another, I did everything I could to avoid surgery. If you are doing the same, you may want to give this office a call. I am in less pain in one week then the weeks and weeks I have suffered with this issue. The cow patch was everything Dr. Sigman said. I am feeling great and so happy I had had my shoulder fixed!

I developed pain in my tibia after training for a half marathon, likely a shin splint or stress response. I was trying to do the usual remedies for this situation but I still had pain and I work in a hospital on my feet all day and can’t afford limping around all day. Dr. Sigman evaluated me and advised me to continue with my current treatments, but also suggested that I try Ortho Lazer to reduce pain more efficiently and quickly. After 2 treatments I was able to bear weight without pain and the day after my 5th treatment I stood in the operating room working for 12 hours straight without sitting and my shin didn’t hurt at all!!! I would recommend anyone with my condition to give it a go because it has worked for me. And if you have any orthopedic issue, I would trust Dr. Sigman to handle it appropriately and effectively!

I had been treating my hip at a chiropractor for over a year for sciatica. The Chiropractor suggested that I have my PCP schedule a hip x-ray to check for possible arthritis in the hip. They gave me hope for a full recovery when no one else did. 1+yr post op I have full range of motion and no fear of dislocations. Post op pain was nothing because of his opioid sparing techniques. After suffering a massive rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder I met with Dr. Sigman who evaluated the issue and recommended arthroscopic surgery coupled with a bovine implant for repair. I had surgery on September, 5, 2019. Post surgery pain was managed with regular ice treatments, naproxen and gabapentin. Dr. Sigman prescribed a small supply of (10) oxyCodone 5mg, taken for breakthrough pain (only used once on day 3 post surgery). By day 4 all pain was managed by ice and naproxen. Progressing into the physical therapy for early range of motion on week two post surgery not only moved the healing process forward, but allowed for a needed mental boost post surgery. I have followed through with physical therapy provided by Advanced Orthopedic and Sport Therapy with Heather Jones and experienced excellent results. I was approved to return to work by month 4.5 post surgery.
