Etc. I believe Dr LAKHANPAL only goes by blood , lab. Etc. Never bothers to check hands, fingers. Rachel saw me too and she checked everything that Dr. Limani would check. I met her when she was training with Doctor Limani she is great. DR. Limani would order breathing test for lungs, as Scleroderma affects the lungs. Please take this survey seriously.

The lady that checks you in and out is wonderful and always cheerful. The nurse that weighs you and takes your blood pressure was so unfriendly, never smiled or seemed interested in you at all. She lead me to the room and pointed that is where I should go. The doctor asked me to find her after appointment to give her my pharmacy info and no one knew where she was. The lady who drew my blood was so nice. The doctor is always nice and respectful

I feel confident in the hands of Dr. Lakhanpal. He listens to me and I think he understands my frustration and pain. I’ve had arthritis issues since I was a kid (12 yrs age). It has progressed to the point that I’m in continuous pain and can barely move most of my joints. I don’t do well with NSAIDS but I am willing to cautiously try the prescription he gave me. Praying that there is some relief and improved range of motion. Time will tell. I really like him.

Both provided excellent care and me feel like they actually care about my condition will take the proper steps to help me get my RA under control. Also, I don’t see another place to write this but if there were higher seating options, in addition to the existing seats, in the waiting area that would be great. After checking out noticed my card was charged my entire balance of 510.04 in addition to 10.00 co payment after a payment plan was set up. Called billing they transferred me back to the front desk where received voice mail with no call back. Had to get my bank involved and proceed with the inconvenience of receiving a new card all because this mistake was made by this office and no one was willing to take ownership of the mistake.

He is definitely patient oriented. He finds the missing puzzle pieces in my health. The lady at the front does a great job checking me in and has a sense of humor &a forgiving heart. (When I first came into the clinic, my body was screaming in agony & I screamed at her) The lady who takes my blood is personable & spot on. She never misses my veins. I found a gem here. Thank you to everyone in this office. I went from crying in agony laying around every day in chronic pain to being able to be a happy pain less active participant in my life & being available in the lives of others. Thank you. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere Dr. Lankanpal gives to allow his patients to talk, but I know I have arthritis on numerous joints in my body, but I believe just taking the same medicine since my first diagnosis of arthritis is not really dealing with the diagnosis. It's like putting a bandaid on but not treating the damage or slowing down the continuing deterioration of my joints.

He also identified unknowns and alas with the proper dx and treatment plan— I feel positive I’m heading for recovery.
