My 16 year old had ongoing sinus infections for over a year. After 3 months of treatments, Dr Brody ordered him a CT Scan then referred us to see Dr Gold for possible surgery. Dr Gold is extremely fun and friendly. We immediately felt very comfortable. He listened to our concerns, spent a fair amount of time. And before doing a nasal scope he explained what he was doing and gave time for a numbing agent to be effective. Dr Gold carefully reviewed the CT Scan & gave a clear explanation before recommending nasal surgery.We are so happy he did. Post surgery 1 week my son can finally breathe. Dr Gold removed his enlarged adnoids and performed sinus surgery to remove excess tissue that was causing an obstruction. Super friendly office! From the ladies in the front who take the calls and are always courteous and professional; to Yemani his scheduler who made surgery happen super quick for us; to his team of nurses who took great care of all the patients before and after surgery.

He listens. He then identified the issue no other ENT could identify in the prior 5 years. He took the time he needed and I needed. He showed me the live pictures of my ear examination on camera. He then repeated the exam and taped it so that I could study it on replay while he pointed to the issue. He suggested a simple treatment that may or may not correct this chronic condition. He offered a Plan B we can explore if the initial “easy” treatment suggestion is not successful. He also removed a not so small sand pebble (from a recent beach trip) that another ENT either ignored or did not see in an examination only 4 days earlier. Most importantly he offered me hope. Yes he is personable, fun, and funny but most importantly he knows his business. I highly recommend Dr. Gold.
