Had neck pain is the initial reason to come to the practice. He was able to get rid of my neck pain with the adjustments. Also found out that him being a functional medicine doctor we are working on a plan to get me off satin drugs for cholesterol. I have only been on the plan for 60 days and I have lost 15 pounds and my energy level is much higher. He listens to your problems and takes the time to help you with your situations. Not in and out like most doctor offices.

I always had lower back pain from time to time, but wasn't ever that bad. I over did it at the gym and pushed it over the edge. I could barely walk or bend for a month, but I kept working anyways. I finally went to Dr. Rudack and he went to work on me. He explained my problem to me clearly, and we started on weekly adjustments and therapy in his office. It took a while to get things back in alignment. It's been well over a year, and my back feels great. I don't ever even get any stiffness anymore. I never understood the phrase 'threw out my back' before I did it and was lying on the floor unable to move screaming in pain. Dr. Rudack is not your average Chiropractor he doesn't automatically offer up pain drugs or surgery. He provides an overall wellness diagnosis and treats the issue. After carrying two 10+ pound babies the dics in my lower back were compressed and causing me an enormous amount of pain. I couldn't stand up straight, I could not sit down w/out pain. At 3 1/2 week post injury my pain is significantly reduced and I can go about my normal activities, which include chasing around a toddler and carrying my 5 month old and nursing without crying in pain. I was referred to Dr. Rudack because I was mentioning to a friend that I was frustrated with how I felt, my nerves, digestive issues, forgetfulness, inability to maintain focus (people were calling me squirrel) and various other complaints that is generally considered a factor in "growing old!" All of these symptoms progressed slowly over the last few years and since visiting Dr. Rudack, these symptoms that I had been complaining about are slowly dissipating so that I DO feel better. I am not 100% but I can see an improvement. I even see a difference in my skin, and being the vain person I am, THAT is just great!!

I am a young adult and cae in with severe pain in my lower back and right shoulder. When i came in for the consultation I was tolf that i had scoliosis without ever knowimg i did. I am a dancer and student so this news was shocking to hear. After 5 months of coming I have very little to no pain in my lower back and shoulder.
