I am a 63 year old female and a tore my ACL while skiing. I really LOVE to SKI and could not picture my life without skiing. Dr Sayde was very positive and said that if I wanted to ski again that I could. He reconstructed my ACL using one of my own tendons (Typically not done in older patients). I am 6 weeks out and followed all of the directions and I feel great and I am VERY hopefully that I will be skiing again thanks to Dr. Sayde. He is the best!!

I would highly recommend Dr.Sayde. I. have been under Dr. Sayde's care since October 2023 (11 months). He is super sweet and patient. I injured my rotator cuff doing pilates and sought help from Dr. Sayde. He proscribed physical therapy and gave me injjections which relieved the pain. After additional physical therapy and 2 more injections, it became clear that surgery was the only option.
Dr. Sayde provided me with the facts - pros and cons- of surgery and told me think carefully about it. Several months later when the pain had increased and increased range of motion, I contacted Dr. Sayde who scheduled my surgery.

I was nervous about surgery, but Dr. Sayde was patient and reassuring. I followed his direction exactly. Now, four months post-surgery, I'm pain free and have regained my entire range of motion. My strength is returning. All of this is allowing me to remain independent and enjoy life.
