Was 2 hrs out of town and having symptoms of a diverticulitis flare up. Didn’t want to take chance of exposure to corona virus going to a walk in clinic. I emailed your office and explained my problem. I received an email response within 1 1/2 hours from your office advising that a telephone appointment had been made for me to talk with Hanna the next day 3/31 at 11:30am. Hanna called me the next day and I explained my problem and the symptoms I was having. Hanna listened, was very professional and truly concerned about my health. She called in an antibiotic prescription for me near my location and advised me to go on liquid diet to give my colon a rest and how to ease back in to a regular diet. Yesterday was last day of antibiotic and I am feeling great.
