We have been taking our daughter to Dr. Chen for braces and she's been great. Due to cancer, our family has to be extra careful to avoid getting covid, flu, and colds so Dr. Chen was able to make accommodations for us to minimize our risk. She has also worked really well with our daughter and corrected her issue after just a couple of months, though the braces have to stay on longer. We opted for metal braces to minimize plastic leaching and she was very knowledgeable working with both types.

I am so very happy with my overall experience with this place. The care my daughter received was the best. I could not ask for more. Very easy to set up appointment times. We had experiences at other orthodontists and it felt like you were in a production line at a factory, where they were trying to crank out as many patients in as little time as possible. On the contrary, Dr. Chen always takes time for you and never makes you feel like a number. I also experienced high pressure at another office to get started immediately. There were no high pressure techniques at Dr. Chen's office. Erica, her assistant, is friendly, efficient and amazing at running the office. You always feel confident that she has you covered. My only regret is not asking more questions of what to expect when the process was complete or more options on less tooth extractions. Wish I would have done this when I was younger too! But she was great about providing me with products and all the steps to get me to the finish line.

It took me a long time to decide to get braces. I never really cared what my teeth looked like but as I got older I started to noticed that my teeth were not looking good. I decided to get my teeth fixed and I found Dr. Chen and she's amazing. She explained everything in detailed and allowed time for questions. She never rush and was always very professional.

This is such a change in a kids life with the pain of tightening braces and such. My son never argued about going. He also loved getting to pick the rubber band colors every time. Dr Chen and Erica are both bright energies and friendly with all ages.
