Karen is great. That said, I do not think I will continue relationship with HCA just because ongoing appt delays (too frequently sit is waiting room well beyond my scheduled time). This isn't specific to Karen. This has been a challenge for years and finally have decided to move on.

My husband experienced what looked to be COVID, however all the test were negative. We came in to see Karen several times, and he needed fluid as he was extremely dehydrated and there was nothing she wouldn't do to help us figure this out. He was admitted to the hospital and as I walked in the door of the emergency room my phone was ringing and it was Karen doing a follow up the next morning to see how he was. We really appreciate her compassion and her commitment to us as patients.
