“My Experiance Was Different”

I took my wife to Dr Frugone in Talladega. The staff was friendly and I was impressed that Dr Frugone was very thorough and patient. My wife's health has improved greatly and our experience has been positive. He is now our primary Doctor. We have also been very pleasantly surprised with the hospital in Talladega and the other Doctors who have been treating her health problems. I won't comment on the other post, but I would definitely recommend Dr Frugone based on our experience.

“Incompotent.”

I had the most horrible experience with this doctor and his staff. First he would not listen to anything i said, told a week later that i had strep throat, and wrote me a prescription for the strep throat that was over the counter!!!!!! last time i checked mucinex was an over the counter medication. i had this strep for month. the staff was rude and complained about my daughter who is 2 years old. she too was sick and crying. she was ready for nap and i had to take her with me. i heard the nurse or whomever tell dr frugone this is what you are going to have to put up with next! NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!
