I never expected to have shoulder pain relieved so much, Caitlin Alpaugh my Occupational Therapist, has shown me how to strengthen my shoulder muscles without hurting myself. For such a young adult she has such incredible knowledge and wisdom about her field. She was very gentle, kind, and extremely supportive, and I will miss her, but I know where to go if I need to come back. I was afraid initially to go to a chiropractor because of previous bad experiences, but Dr. Matt was so careful and really listened to me, he has really gained my trust in the chiropractic field. I would recommend NJSW to anyone!!!!
