I had a very saggy, aging neck that was all I could see when I looked in the mirror. I have never had any sort of cosmetic work so although I didn't like my neck I was very apprehensive to have surgery. After much research I made an appointment to see Dr. Hefflefinger. From the minute I entered the office I was welcomed and felt well cared for (the front desk girls, the in the back by Ashley who listens and allays concerns, Michelle who has the sweetest most calming demeanor.) Then there is Dr Hefflefinger who is exactly what you would hope for in a surgeon. Intelligent, personable, and thoughtful. He just makes you feel comfortable from the minute you meet him. He listens, explains, and has this infectious smile and really congenial personality. I conveyed my concerns and fears and we spent a good amount of time discussing options. Dr. Hefflefinger and his expertise and skill are exceptional and the staff he cultivated speaks volumes about him as well.

He did a great job diagnosing my issues, presenting me with the available options, and finally performing a full septoplasty/rhinoplasty to repair my nose and remove a visible hump on the bridge. The result now 1.5 years later is consistently better nasal breathing in all cases, especially at night and at times of high allergen activity, and a straightened nose. Dr. Heffelfinger not only did amazing work but his attention to detail and his care made the experience the best I could ask for. He followed up with me after my surgery (even over the weekend), gave me amazing care, and could not have been kinder!! I almost wish there were more things wrong with me so I could come with him to fix it.
