Dr Potash took a lot of time to explain to my 90 year old mother a Glaucoma procedure she needed. My Mom had the surgery which went exactly how he explained it, in the time frame he explained. First Post Op went well followed up by an appointment in a week. Dr Potash surgical coordinator is super fantastic!

Dr. Potash is fantastic, has had at least 5 surgeries for glaucoma and they have been very successful. I can't recommend him highly enough

People in the office were great. All professional, excellent service. I received a text to preregister the morning of visit. I was never at this office before so I decided not to take the time to complete at home and waited till I got to the office. I arrived 30 minutes early so I attempted to complete the information but I had difficulty getting on the site. I,mentioned this office staff and was told it was not necessary. I am so glad I did not waste time at home and potentially arrive late. Why send me forms to complete that are not necessary?

i was referred to dr seth potash by my former opthalmologist who retired due to family concerns. during my first visit with dr potash, i found him to be pleasant and down to earth; his knowledge, skills, and observations/explanations from reading my introductory files and the day s test results were easy to understand and appreciate. his staff was competent and friendly; i felt comfy with them. their system to check in, undergo tests, wait, and check out flowed smoothly. the physical offices, including rest rooms, were neat, clean, well-stocked, and organised. i will be back in six (6) months. thank you!

Wait time for exam was significantly less than in the past. Far fewer patients in waiting. We’ll organized. Exam was very thorough by Dr. Potash and medical assistant. Clear explanations and responses to all my questions.
