“Three Exceptional Experiences with Dr. Gill”
As an athlete in my spare time, I have seen Dr. Gill for three separate procedures. Dr. Gill's experience and dedication was apparent upon my first visit. That was my torn ACL in 2005 which he accurately diagnosed in about 5 minutes and later repaired. Since then he repaired my shoulder twice after cycling accidents. He is the best. I have had a full recovery from all of the procedures and am still going strong at age 54 thanks to him.

From the moment Dr Gill viewed my x-rays, he immediately knew the underlying cause of my ongoing lack of range of motion and issues. He reconstructed my knee and replaced the ACL graft and I literally have not had this much stability and motion in my knee in 20 years! If you think all Drs are created equal, I assure you they aren't. He truly is a specialist.

If not for Dr. Gill, and his team, I would be in a sit-down job. He has kept me mobile and has never done surgery unless necessary; the vision scope prevented a surgery. The visions scope is amazing! You come in, have it done, have an answer immediately, and walk out of the office! One time showed I did not need surgery on my left knee and the other time showed it was necessary on my right knee. I was afraid that it might hurt, but they numbed the area up, and I didn’t feel a thing. No MRI’s, waiting for answers, or ‘inconclusive’ answers; the vision scope shows what is going on. I happily drive past other sports medicine locations, to be treated by Dr. Gill and his staff. Nicole Chea patiently ensures the appointment is when I can make it, as my schedule changes every couple of weeks. She has set up my surgery and vision scope appointments, as well as my regular appointments. She is always nice, professional, and works hard to make sure the appointments match your ability to be at them. I've been treated by Bryan Petrone, PA-C, and am very comfortable in his care; he is extremely knowledgeable. He honestly cares very much about myself and my knees (my main problem); he has assisted in the surgeries that have kept me going. He has also ensured I can keep doing my job. Sheryl Hassett, RN, has helped me, for as long as Dr. Gill has helped me. She ensures my surgery went well, helped me when my post-op pain was hard to bear (I refused pain meds I needed, stupidly), and that my over all care is successful. She has been there for me, when I learned my knees were bad, to now, where I am still doing a job that isn't a sit-down job. She really cares about you, how you are doing, and that you have everything you need for your care. Dr. Gill, and his team, are truly a dream team. I don't trust anyone else with my knees and drive over an hour, to be taken care of, by them. I could be seen by someone closer, but why would I do that if I can be seen by them!! I feel just as important as the sports players the team has treated and trust everyone on his team, completely, with all aspects of my care. Dr. Gill was the second physician I consulted for rotator cuff injuries. He was totally supportive of recovering my ability to return to an active lifestyle, including kayaking (as a "senior citizen"), unlike the first doctor. It was an amazingly positive shift in treatment. My shoulder is much better; kayaked in Hawaii!

I was also told by so many how horrific that type of surgery is with pain post op and the time it takes to heal. Six months later.. Doing great! Had no pain! Took me half the time to recover!
