I can usually get in easily to see the doctor and she listens to everything I have to say and follows up to make sure all my questions were answered. Never feel rushed and Abigail is always pleasant and professional

She ask me if I had been losing hair which was correct but no explanation of what I should do or expect. I called back (which is never easy because you have to wait for eons & they had someone call back) but long story short they said Dr. Soto said it could be thyroid problems, nerve, or depression which I have all 3. My problem with that explanation was why did she not request that I have blood drawn then to rule out thyroid deficiency rather than me having to call back & ask if that would be something I should do, which they had me come back for that procedure. In other words, she could have killed 2 birds with one stone at the time & that would have been better. Other than that I like Dr. Soto as my Dr. & I know she does have my best interest at heart most of the time.
